Born and raised in Seattle, I’ve always appreciated a little extra sunshine—and Phoenix delivers it in abundance! I fell in love with the Desert Ridge area because it offers the perfect blend of resort-style living and everyday convenience. The neighborhood is surrounded by beautiful scenery, great restaurants and bars, shopping, and entertainment, all just a short walk away.
Add in the quick and easy highway access, and it’s the ideal place to enjoy everything the Valley has to offer while still feeling like you’re on vacation every day.

I’m very responsive—guests can always count on a reply within hours, and most of the time, I respond right away.
The community itself offers exceptional resort-style amenities with three pools (so you can always find your favorite spot), two fitness centers, and two game rooms. Enjoy secure, covered parking with a designated space, and feel at ease knowing there’s 24-hour security at the gated entrance.
Best of all, the location couldn’t be more convenient. If you don’t have a car, no problem—everything you need is within easy walking distance, from dining and cocktails to shopping and entertainment.
