Charming cosy cottage with use of hot tub!

Maison Neuve is set in a beautiful courtyard with family-friendly activities, restaurants and dining within a short drive. Situated in the heart of the forest, this house offers peace and tranquilty. It is located close to the Vezere and Dordogne valleys and our guests love the french style of the cottage and our hot tub! Maison Neuve is perfect for families with our on site facilities such as our playground nearby. The property is set within an exclusive complex of three rental homes.

The space
The house provides characterful accomodation with stone walls and beams to most rooms. The decor is typically french with antique clocks and furniture which add to the ambience of the property.
The lounge has a large comfortable sofa and large flat screen TV with English and french TV channels plus firestick for Netflix - there is also a cosy dining area in this room - everything you need!
There is a central reception room with dining table to enjoy breakfast in the sunshine and a fully equipped kitchen. This features an antique dresser, range style cooker and oven, dishwasher, fridge and a Tassimo coffee machine.
The downstairs shower room is situated next to the kitchen and has a shower and wash basin. The toilet is also in this area.
The upstairs bedrooms face each other and comprise a kingsize bed and single bed to the main bedroom with a curtain in between the beds for privacy.
The second bedroom has two twin beds. This upper floor benefits from air conditioning to ensure a good nights sleep!

The house is ideally situated between the shared guests bar area, complete with 5 seater hot tub and the swimming pool.
Outside you have your own private garden with gazebo lounge, lighting and a large gas BBQ.
You will enjoy the views of the valley from this garden!

Guest access
Guests have their own private garden areas and have access to the shared facilities - swimming pool, hot tub/bar, children's playground, central courtyard and 3 hectares of meadows and forest!
Please note that the stairs in the house are quite steep and unsuitable for persons with mobility issues.
