**please note the basement stays cooler in both winter and summer, we do provide 4 heaters down there to help keep you cozy**

GARAGE:
- 3 garage stalls and driveway spots can be used which fit about 3-5 cars.
In the winter, we do have a snow removal company that comes if it is over 2+ inches. Shovels and salt are provided should you need it.

YARD /BACKYARD:
- Large 2 tiered deck
- Fire pit (area is not maintained and will have weeds, etc. wood is not provided aside from the fallen branches you find in the woods :)
- Pond
**PLEASE NOTE:, If you're expecting a perfectly manicured yard, you will not find it here. We go for the more natural approach when it comes to weeds and the pond. The lawn may be dry and There WILL be weeds. :) **

The property can sleep up to 16 guests - this would include using the pull out couch and blow up beds. *PLEASE NOTE* With a large number of guests, we recommend staggering showers to let the water heater catch up.

If you expect to have additional guests over during the day (not sleeping over), please get approved by hosts with the number.

There is one room in the house that will be locked for storage during your stay.(locked room not included in bedroom count)
