All of the beds feature memory foam mattresses. Also included with your stay is exclusive use of the kayaks, paddle boards, home theater, yard games, and more.

Located on the majestic shores of the Rum River in the city of St. Francis, MN you will find restaurants, fast food options, a grocery store, several gas stations, and shopping. Included with your stay is free unlimited use of out 8 kayaks, and 12 river tubes. For a small additional fee a professional driver will take you up river, and drop you and the kayaks off so you can enjoy a relaxing float down river back to the property. You may also use the river tubes to float directly from the property down to Rum River North County Park where you can park your vehicles to have waiting for you (approximately a 45 min float).

The Rum River is a 150 mile waterway starting at Lake Mille Lacs and ending at the Mississippi River in Anoka. The Rum River is well known for its excellent Smallmouth Bass fishing, but also has some Northern Pike and Walleye.

Nearby parks include Rum River North County Park, Deliwood River Park, Lake George Regional Park (with swimming beach), and The Ponds public golf course.

House amenities include a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs, and dining for 14 people. All bedrooms, except the bunk room, offer Smart TV's. The house is fully air conditioned, and Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the house. The deck features seating and dining table. Also included with your stay is use of single person kayak, double person kayaks, and standup paddle boards.

All of the beds feature memory foam mattresses with an additional memory foam topper so each guest can choose between a softer, or firmer mattress experience. Bedrooms offer guests the flexibility to choose bed configurations of either two twin extra long (XL), or combined for a single king size bed. For the comfort of our taller guests all of the twin beds are XL - even the two sets of bunk beds. All bathrooms include complete towel sets, and body wash/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the shower.
