The Baysment on Okanagan Lake

The Baysment is a daylight walkout basement suite offering 800 sq. feet of comfortable living space with a large outdoor area and spectacular views of Okanagan Lake.

The Space:

It has one private bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with queen size bed + sofa that converts to single bed, dining area with small kitchenette and one bathroom. Just outside the entrance is a covered porch with stereo equipment and a four-person jacuzzi. Large outdoor area is fenced and has a fire pit, BBQ area, and small monkey bars for kids. Located right above Killiney Beach Park & Boat launch, this is the perfect accommodation for all water sport enthusiasts as well as for those who prefer just to sit & relax by the camp-fire or soak in the hot tub. Our location is also great for travelers between Vancouver and Calgary who are looking to take a break and good night rest.

Guest Access:

Guests have their own private entrance and amenities such as a hot tub, BBQ, fire pit, Roku TV, WiFi, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, toaster and small cook top .

Interaction With Guests

We welcome our guests on arrival and show them the property. We live above the rental suite so we can assist as needed and provide information about the area.

Posted price is per double occupancy, additional guests pay $20 per person/night.
Pets are subject to a one time $30 fee.
Breakfast is not included.
