Wonderful stay!

We drove down from Montana to attend the Bassmaster Classic. Even though we spent most of our time on the road, the house had everything we needed. The hot tub was the best way to end the days! The house is peaceful and quiet and very cozy!

Much needed get away

We had a wonderful visit. Property was exactly as described, clean with a great layout. Smart TVs and Jacuzzi were a big hit with grandkids. We all had a wonderful time. And we even won at the casino!

Had a great stay! Drove up from Waco Tx to our new granddaughter for the first time! Had plenty of room for the four of us plus a baby. So much better than a hotel!! Clean and comfortable. Hot tub was wonderful and the cold night! They only real issue we had was trying to find it in the wee hours with very little light… Google Maps put us at the end of a dead end road using the address provided (25218 s 627 Dr)once we were there, My location gave me a totally different address…(25536 s 627 Dr)

Property was nice but the TV in the living room wouldnt hook to the wifi and from the pics it was close to the water but the water was not accessible. But all around i would recommend the property to more guests.

We enjoyed our stay. Didnt understand the ac fan always blowing. No extra blankets. Media room tended to be warm but realized there is no vent for cooling. We were fairly comfortable.

Over all the place was fairly comfortable but had some major problems

Very nice decor, not as clean as should be, especially drawers. Also sinks in master bath were clogged and backed up and finally bugs were found in bedrooms

Judy, thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience. We're glad you enjoyed this home overall and appreciate your suggestions on areas of improvement. Prior to becoming a vacation rental, this home was left vacant, and the homeowner is continuing to improve their home for guest comfort. As they provide multiple places for guests to hang clothes, they weren't expecting guests to be using drawers. They have now ensured that their cleaning service will be wiping these down after each visit. They have corrected the drains in the bathroom so that they are working properly for the next guests. Being rural, they are having the home spayed routinely. We can confidently confirm there is no evidence of insects in the bedrooms. They prioritize the guest experience and look forward to welcoming more satisfied guests at their home. Thanks again for your insight! Best, the Evolve Team

Enjoyed the stay!

PROS: This was a nice little place, it was clean and well organized. Everything was labeled with a label maker so things were easy to find. There were directions on how to use everything as well, like the hottub which was nice. Property was close enough to Walmart and a few eating places as well as a couple casinos. CONS: The grill is rusted up and not usable unless you want to spend an hour cleaning it first. The back deck was nice and the hottub was great, I only wish there wasn't a house directly behind with their front porch facing the back deck. The residents were outside most of the day and were fairly loud so the only quiet and private hottub time I was able to enjoy was at night.

Very quiet. Trailer was clean and nice. 4 TVs but could only get one to work. I am not into streaming TV and that is you only option, that I could make work. I was able to grill 1 meal before running out of propane. Hot tub worked. Floor in trailer is getting pretty soft in places. Overall it worked but I don't believe I would stay there again. With it being cold TV was a big thing. Not a great 44th wedding anniversary but not terrible.

Peaceful Home Away From Home

It was an absolute wonderful experience for my kiddos and I! I needed a getaway to do absolutely nothing, that is exactly how it was and under comfortable circumstances. Thank you for being so accommodating! We will be back!

This place is finished with everything you need. Food is all you need.

Finished very well. On a very shaded lot. Fishing near by. Fenced back yard for pets. A very relaxing place for 2 or 6 or more. More relaxing and very well finished NICE. Hope to go back again.

Cozy, Quiet and Relaxing

Even though this property is in a neighborhood it sits on an acre lot and very quiet. The house is very neat and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and the hot tub was a big plus. All correspondence with the owner was prompt and very courteous. Would definitely stay again.

Need Privacy Fence in back!!

Nice Getaway with friends, cute and cozy looking place. Hot Tub area in the back need a PRIVACY FENCE ASAP!!! A little uncomfortable knowing the neighbors can SEE EVERYTHING no privacy....But overall it was a nice 6hr trip away with my friends for my Birthday!! I would go again I loved it!!

Difficulty finding the property. It is very nice inside but outside looks like an aging trailer. Once inside it was great and suited our needs.

Great family Vacation

We stayed on 2/19/21 just to take a family weekend together and get a way. Between the bad weather and covid, our precious kids have had quite the past year in their little lives. So much has changed for them we just wanted to show them that we could still have a family outing. The kids had a blast in the hot tub and they loved getting in while there was snow on the ground. I couldn't keep my 7 year old son out of that hot tub! He just loved it. Needless to say we will be coming back again. Great place and everything was very accommodating for a family. Toni Egerer

Hats off to the owners!

Just as advertised. Owners have gone above and beyond trying to make this place as nice as possible. Little hard to just watch TV as Husband must be a tech person. But nice place.

Daughter engagement 2020

we needed a place to stay to share in our daughters engagement, we did not require water front, because most of our time was spent at the lake home of our friends, so location was good for us.
