This 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath guest house sits on 2 private acres with a jaw-dropping 340-degree view of Grand Lake. And NO—the owner will NOT be on site, so you have the entire island to yourself.

• 4 Queen beds (sturdy queen-over-queen bunks + queen sofa bed)
• 1 full bath with shower + 1 half bath
• Fully stocked kitchen with full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave & dishwasher
• Coffee pot + coffee, sugar & creamer
• High-speed fiber optic WiFi (Bolt)

• Smart lock with easy, contactless check-in
