The space

Wrigley Field is approximately 15 minutes away depending on traffic.

Our 3-bedroom apartment is thoughtfully designed to give you a balance of comfort, style, and functionality.

Livingroom:
• Two large sofas, Perfect for family movie nights or lounging with friends.
• A 55” smart TV mounted on the wall with access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and other streaming apps (just log into your account). For a cozier night in, we also provide board games and a small book collection.

Dining Room:
A dining table for 6 guests located just off the kitchen, perfect for shared meals, game nights, or planning your day.

Features a queen-size bed with a plush mattress, soft linens, and extra pillows for a restful night’s sleep.
A spacious closet with hangers, Iron, iron board and shelving makes it easy to unpack and settle in.

Second Bedroom:
Furnished with a queen-size bed, layered with crisp sheets, blankets, and throw pillows.
A closet with ample storage allows guests to organize belongings.

Third Bedroom:
Set up with one twin bed, fresh linens, fluffy pillows, and comforters.
Closet with storage space for suitcases and clothing.

Kitchen:

All guests need to be respectful to the house rules during their stay, as we have other tenants at the property.



******Absolutely no parties or gatherings, or unauthorized guests are allowed inside the unit. Violating the house rules during your stay, your reservation will be immediately canceled, and you will be asked to vacate premises. You will also be charged for damages and any cleaning fees to restore the unit******
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including all three bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Self-check-in is available for your convenience.



Separate Private Entrance and Luggage Space (Drop off prior to arrival can be arranged if needed


Free Street Parking (first come, first served) There are no parking restrictions or permits needed for this block

You have the option to access the property independently with a lockbox, or if you'd prefer, an in-person check in/call we can arrange for that as well.
Other things to note
We do not like leaving a laundry list of tasks to complete so we just ask to treat our home as if it is yours.

If possible, please remove your shoes when you enter the apartment so that we can keep our rugs looking great.


Keep track of your keys, please. Losing the keys that you will be provided could cause many issues. Please do your best to know where they are at all times.
