Best communication I've had with any host in any platform. Clean and quiet place. Great location for everything you want to do in Austin. Check-out was a breeze. The only thing we bought and added was better toilet paper, but that is very much a personal preference. Thank you for hosting us and we will definitely rent again.

In the heart of downtown Austin, this place makes a stay delightful. Location was clean and cozy, and the host was a consistent communicator. I can’t wait for my next stay in Austin. This place will be first on my list to try to stay. Great find!

Love the history and character of this property! The patio was our favorite spot. It’s conveniently located to plenty of entertainment and we especially loved the Paramount Theatre on Congress. Be careful when turning on the bathroom sink, it’ll getcha! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is very centrally located, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The communication with Zoe was easy and we did not have any issues. There is parking at the back, and we were able to keep the car at the property and walk around for most of the time. We will definitely be back next time we are in Austin

The place, the host and the location were all amazing!! We came into town for the UT/A&M game and we were able to easily walk to the stadium. 10/10 totally would recommend staying here!!!

The property is in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to the Austin Community College Rio Grande campus. It was summer and we didn't have any issues. We really loved the convenient downtown location.Communication with the host was excellent and they were incredibly responsive. The site is charming and well appointed with everything you could need for a great stay. I don't recommend this location for anyone with mobility issues. There is STEEP staircase at the entry and navigating it bags is not so fun. The locks on the doors are a bit confusing and you can easily lock yourself out. The doors are locked with a key pad and sometimes it is hard to tell when the door is secure from the inside.I would have given 5 stars but I did find some fault with the cleanliness of the home. Trash was left on the balcony porch from previous guests, as well as previous guest items throughout the home. The floors were dirty and turned my feet black from dirt in just a few moments of walking barefoot in the home. Lastly, the kitchen is furnished very stylishly, but the dishes are stored on high shelves, very much out of my reach. Thankfully my 10 year old was able to climb so that we could access the plates. There were no linens provided for the sofa bed during out stay.Would stay here again, but hopefully the host can make a few small changes, especially regarding cleaning and securing the property (it was left completely unlocked when we arrived).

Dear Charity, Thank you so much for the feedback on the location, communication, and how charming and well-appointed the home is, I'm so glad the downtown convenience worked out perfectly for you! To clarify, the home itself was secure on arrival and our lock is designed so that if the manual bolt is engaged while stepping out, it will lock you out, which is exactly why we're clear with entry instructions when we send the code. I'm a bit surprised to hear about some of these details now, as they weren't mentioned during your stay, we're always just a message away and would have gladly helped in the moment. We will welcome you back anytime!

We loved this unique, cozy space! It was in a great location, and was quiet at night. We had fun exploring Austin during the day and was so glad we chose to stay here instead of a hotel. The host was very responsive and friendly. We would love to stay here again!
