The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and one mile to downtown Oak Bluffs, Beach, Steamship Authority, Restaurants, Shopping, and Night Life! We are 0.8 miles from Nancys’s restaurant and the harbor. Take a quick 15 minute (depending on your speed) walk to town or a 3 minute drive.

The entire home has been completely renovated inside and out. Red oak hardwood floors run throughout the upstairs. The split level floor plan features an upper level with a brand new fully equipped kitchen, top of the line stainless steel appliances, new cabinets and Quartz counter tops. The new refrigerator features in-door filtered water and ice. High ceilings compliment the fully equipped open kitchen, dining and living room along with a beautiful fireplace. Enjoy Sonos surround sound with bluetooth-controlled stereo. Lots of windows bring in the natural outside light.

There is a large deck off the living room for entertaining and barbecuing. Easily bring the outdoors in. A large dining table for outdoor dining as well as a comfortable patio lounge area make the deck as inviting as ever. A top of the line grill makes BBQ a breeze.

The living room features a custom built-in with large window seat. The upper level has one large mini-split to cool the entire great room.

Also, upstairs is the master bedroom suite with a luxurious king size bed featuring quality linens (included!) and a full bath with large shower. It also has its own mini split unit that is individually controlled.

Downstairs are the other three bedrooms, all with queen beds, as well as a second full bathroom and laundry room. All 3 lower level bedrooms have their own mini split AC unit.

The laundry room features a new washer and dryer, extra cabinets for food storage and a second refrigerator! Stock up on your way down to the island!

Quality bedding and towels (Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware, and more) are provided.

There is a patio off the first floor queen bedroom for extra outside sitting. Cozy up with coffee in your own little oasis.

Off the front porch is a large walk in outside shower. Make sure you take the time to shower under the Moon and Stars, not to mention after the day at the beach. The yard is beautifully landscaped and the front gardens add to the beauty of the neighborhood. Wonderful for relaxing.

Newly added for 2020- a propane fire pit and chairs to relax outside and enjoy the fire!

We provide 4 beach chairs, 8 beach towels, and a cooler.

This home comfortably sleeps eight.
