PALM ARUB POOL WORK
Please note that the PalmAruba Condos swimming pool is closed for renovation from September 12, 2026, with work starting September 14 and lasting approximately 4 weeks. Daytime work and limited, non-disruptive nighttime work may occur, and the pool will reopen upon completion. The dates between September 12 and October 15 will automatically receive a lower rate.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Coconut Palm One-bedroom condo is an inviting vacation rental situated at the serene condominium resort of PalmAruba Condos. This condo offers an open living room with a balcony overlooking the resort pool area, a TV, a sofa, a 4-seat dining table, and a fully supplied kitchen.

The bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, and built-in closets. The bathroom with a shower is located in hallway next to the laundry closet with stacked washer and dryer.

Additional comforts include central air conditioning in every indoor space, hot water, free Wi-Fi, free parking as well as two cable TVs (one in the living room and in the bedroom). This condo is perfect for a couple, a family vacationing together, or groups of friends staying at the same resort with individual condos. This condo is located on the third floor in the south building. - Sleeps max 2.

What a great stay we had at this condo. It was clean, fully equipped, and located close to everything (beach, shopping, and restaurants). There is a gas station right across the street and there are restaurants/convenience stores all within walking distance. However, a car is highly recommended if you want to tour the island (Aruba has a lot of interesting sights) and hit the beaches and the main food store (Super Foods).The property is impeccably clean and well maintained with a beautiful pool and landscaping! Staff are working constantly throughout the day, very impressed. The property manager(s) were very responsive and helpful, responding within the hour to my email enquiries. This unit was priced well when you compare prices to the hotels/condos on the main strip 5 minutes away. Excellent value, highly recommended!!

Nice Condo

The Condo Is as shown in the pictures. The common areas were cleaned daily including the pool. The BBQ's need to be serviced as only 2 of the 4 we're in working condition and the process of reserving a grill could be streamlined. Overall, a great place to vacation.

Adequate

There was a musty smell and the day before the last day we found mold above the refrigerator and inside the washer/dryer area. Not sure if we would stay there again because of that. Other than that the complex was clean. The pool area was nice.

We'd like to address your concern about the mold on the ceiling above the fridge and laundry room the day before you left. While we understand your disappointment, we wish the situation had been brought to our attention sooner so that we could take immediate action. This not only allows us to rectify the issue quickly but also ensures that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Following further investigation, we discovered that the underlying cause was a water leak inside the ceiling. This leak was not visible to the naked eye and was discovered after your departure. We want to apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to re-experience with Palm Aruba Condos.

The condo location and amenities were good. However, the unit we rented has an obvious mold issue, as it smelt of mold. The dehumidifier requires someone empty it multiple times a day. I tried reaching the property manager and never heard back from them regarding my complaint about mold smell. Others in pool stated that unit has issue with mold smell. However, the area was nice, space had everything we needed, just wish the smell was not an issue. The association could also add a hot tub and that would be a nice addition.

Unfortunately, we were not aware of this during your stay, as it appears you were contacting a different property manager from another company at Palm Aruba. Had we been informed directly, we would have try to address the situation as quickly as possible. We understand that having to empty the dehumidifier multiple times was inconvenient, and we sincerely apologize for that. Due to Aruba’s tropical climate and high humidity levels, dehumidifiers are sometimes necessary to help control moisture, which can occasionally cause musty odors if not managed continuously. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location, amenities, and that the space had everything you needed. Thank you again for your valuable feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future under better circumstances.

Close to the action

Condo was as advertised. Vey clean. Check in and check out with Jennifer was fast and easy. She was very pleasant and helpful. Very quiet. Less than a mile to high rise hotels and restaurants. I would just say it needs better pillows. My only complaint. Loves it there and would definitely return.

Aruba great place to visit . Palm Aruba condos about 5 minute taxi ride to palm beach or 20 minute walk . Bingo restaurant right across from condos excellent cafe to eat at . Whacky wahoos restaurant 2 blocks down on left . Unit was nice but don’t expect condiments in cupboards like coffee/ spices / etc since food items almost double or 2.5 times USA prices . We ran humidifier non stop with ac unit and keep at 22/23 Celsius for ideal temperature conditions

Palm Aruba was beautiful!

Overall, the property and condo was great! It was within walking distance to everything we needed - Palm Beach, many small grocery stores, restaurants, and bars. The condo itself was very clean and taken care of. The gym was nice to have, as was the pool. It wasn't very busy while we were there (Nov 30-Dec 10) so that was nice. The only very small problem we had was figuring out how to start the grills - when we were given the utensils to use, the person working did not explain how to get to the gas and that it would have to be lit. Luckily, another tenant was down there and showed us. We would definitely go back to this place!

I want money back

The advertisement is much bigger online than the actual size of the unit. The BIGGEST problem was the bed. It is old and worn out and didn't provide support while sleeping. The bed literally dips in the middle. We tried sleeping at different angles, etc., which was not what I paid for. The bedroom had dust in it and no washcloths were initially provided. Also, worn out kitchenware. For the amount of money charged, I expected more.

Aruba at it's Best!

The property was great. The condo was clean and well appointed. The Property was quite and clean. The staff and general manager was friendly and very receptive. We found it close to most things. But you did need a car to get around. All and all I would recommend the Property to family and friends. We plan to come back and hopefully stay at the same condo again!

POS AND CONS

I DON'T KNOW IF IT'S THE OWNERS DECISION OR THE MANAGEMENT CO. BUT THE UNIT WAS OUTFITTED TO THE BARE MINIMUM. NO SOAP IN THE BATH FOR SHOWERING, NO POT HOLDERS TO REMOVE ITEMS FROM THE OVEN.. THE TV IN THE LIVING ROOM HAS ONLY 1 CHANEL. THE BEDROOM WORKED FINE. THE WIFI WORKED IN THE LIVING ROOM BUT IF YOU WENT TO THE BEDROOM YOU LOST THE SIGNAL.NOT ENOUGH GARBAGE BAGS IN THE KITCHEN, WE BOUGHT MORE. THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND THE LOCATION IN THE COMPLEX WAS GREAT OVERLOOKING THE POOL AREA. OVERALL WE WERE HAPPY THERE. COULD STAND SOME IMPROVEMENTS. JIM JOHNSON

Great property for vacation

Really enjoyed the property, it was short drive to the beach and Palm Beach shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable one bedroom condo with complete kitchen and balcony. The staff was nice and very responsive to our requests both in person and over email. The only thing that I found wrong with the place, and that is why I'm giving four stars, was the smell of mold when we turned the AC on. I know that it is a tropic island and things like that you can't fix easily, so what we have done, we kept AC off and opened the windows. Aruba has beautiful climate, it is 28C during the day and 25C over night, and it is not humid, so we found that we really didn't need ACs. Other than that, it is a really nice and quiet place to enjoy your vacation.

Convenient location & 10 min walk to Palm Beach

First Class property with lots of parking if. you are renting a car…directly across from Linda’s Dutch Pancake Restaurant an a 4 min walk to Wacky Wahoo Restaurant. An easy walk to the beach and an extremely clean and well kept property…highly recommended…great value for your vacation money!

Great communication! Affordable great location

Felt like a mini resort! Security at entrance, ( but be aware ARUBA is extremely safe and this is a a super great area) clean and in a perfect location across the street from Linda's Pancakes. 5 minute drive to Palm Beach High rise area. Likely a 15 min walk! Super foods is also 5 min away! Would highly recommend!

Excellent property, close to beaches

Property was in mint condition, very clean and comfortable, with plenty amenities to enjoy!

Our stay at Palm Aruba condo

Unit we rented was okay. We can't say much on plates, pans and utensils. They were dollar store grade and we'll used. Tile floor in shower needs to be done over. Unit could use a makeover with some needed paint. Toilet seat had a crack in it. Management was very nice along with the staff. All in all we did have a great vacation.
