I can't really say enough about how good this property and experience were. This was probably our best rental of any property we have had with VBRO. This property is perfect for families or others who prefer not to have a hotel experience while in Aruba. This rental checked all our basics right off the bat: it was clean, and had cool AC and comfy beds. The property was spotless and well-maintained. The location was perfect for us, a bit quieter than the high-rise area but close enough to all the food and activities we were looking for.It is a very, very short walk to the beach and pool, making it easy to come and go as you please. It was not a planned event every time we went to the beach or pool. Kids hungry? No big deal, forgot something? No big deal. We spent a more enjoyable time at the beach and pool than we ever have on vacation with the kids.Beyond this, the hosts provided almost everything we could want on vacation. Clean linens (bedding, bath towels, beach towels), pool/beach floats, sand toys, beach chairs. A well-appointed kitchen including all dishes, cookware, and cleaning supplies. A well-stocked laundry area. A nice hot tub in the deck area to hang out in when the sun goes down.The property is also very close to a supermarket, within walking distance, though you may need to take a taxi back if you get a lot (very easy). If you are looking for a non-all-inclusive home-away-from-home rental, this is it.

We had a very nice stay in Aruba! The condo was nicely appointed, featuring many amenities. The kitchen was very functional. The outdoor pool, supplies for the beach and the beach itself were a big plus!! Richard was a responsive host. Thanks for the lovely vacation.

Location was awesome steps to the pool and beach. Easy beach access to amazing non crowded beach. Walking distance to restaurants. Property was clean and comfortable. 24 hour security was helpful in calling a cab when needed.

We are frequent guests of this particular condo. We love the location. We were happy to see some outdoor furniture and table so that we could sit outside and eat or play cards. Would love it if the two white chairs inside were something more comfortable for conversation but hey, we're there for the beach anyway. We only had two towels and had to call for more which Judy brought right away. We did not really want to have to wash laundry every other day. We obviously love it here and will be back in December!!

This is a lovely unit managed by a great team! The ground floor afforded some wonderful outdoor space including a hot tub and a grill. The bed in the master is VERY comfortable and the water pressure in both showers is outstanding! There were minor things (along the line of the battery needing replacing in grill ignitor, etc) but we let the management team know and are certain, based on our experience with them, that all of these along with a few suggestions will be mitigated/executed in an expeditious manner. The bottomw line is we would stay there again.

Wonderful Stay in Aruba

We had a fantastic trip to Aruba and loved staying here. I was with my family (kids 8, 12, and 15). The condo was just as advertised. It had everything needed for a great stay. Beach chairs, towels and a cooler were all provided. For us, the location on Eagle Beach can’t be beat. It’s an amazing beach in a great spot, and the complex has very nice pools. We have stayed in 3 condos in Oceania and they have all been great. By comparison, this one only had 5 beach towels and the beds were less comfortable, but that’s getting pretty picky and the only thing I can think of that wasn’t perfect. For the price this place was a great value. We would definitely stay again.

Description of property, bedrooms, location were accurate. Inside needed major cleaning (bugs on floor, urine smelly toilet area), including the disposal of old and rusty sand chair and beach noodles. Outside patio furniture was very dirty and unit needed an outside umbrella. The patio was never used because if this We submitted a list to the management company at checkout.

Excellent Stay

Great experience for our family. The condo was exactly as advertised and the facilities of the complex were more than we anticipated. Very easy access to Eagle Beach and pools. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

PERFECTION!

Richard’s place was absolutely perfect for a getaway to Aruba. Directly across from Eagle and Manchebo Beaches, seconds to the bike/scooter path, minutes to Superfood, just so central to everything you could want!The unit was spotless and spacious. We will be back for sure!!

Family Vacation

We stayed with another couple and our 2 newborn babies. The apartment is in great condition and really close to the beach. The complex is nice and quiet and staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location and condo

My first time to Aruba but my husband's second (many years ago). We loved the Eagle beach area for our family vs. the Palm beach were most the hotels are. We only used the hottub once or twice and the pool was great but my family preferred heading to the beach. The Super Food grocery store is walking distance, we over bought and had to taxi back back. The kitchen is loaded with everything you could need. There are plenty of walkable restaurants. The property management of this condo was very helpful and kind. They even mailed my daughter's beloved blanket that we left behind!! I would highly recommend and will be returning to this condo and most likely this unit.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed the location - steps from the beach, several nice pools and great restaurants walking distance as well. Appreciated the convenient parking. The place is exactly as pictured and very clean. The beds were comfortable. We really appreciated the nice beach towels, good quality beach chairs, pool noodles and anything else we needed for the beach. The kitchen was very nice, but we hardly used it.The only thing we had an issue with was that there was no hot water in the showers (although we had hot water from the sinks). We reached out to the rental manager and she sent maintenance - they tried fixing it but it was still cold. Honestly, it was so hot outside that the cold showers were doable. They kept saying that we were somehow doing something wrong, but we left the water on for several minutes on both the left and right sides to no avail. I'm sure they'll sort it out. The communication from the rental manager was wonderful. We'd definitely stay there again.

First time

The condo was perfect, clean, plenty of space. The deck is very large with nice hot tub. The beach is absolutely beautiful and only short walk away. There are few restaurants within walking distance. We rented a car and explored the island on our own, it is super easy to drive around and see the beautiful island on your own.

Great Location!

The condo was top notch. Tidy and clean space, friendly and thorough property management, great location. Beach is a very short walk and location made it easy to visit different spots on the island. Very convenient to the airport.

Amazing location

This property was a great fit for my family of four. It is a wonderful location, with easy access to the pools and beach. Great communication before arrival, and we were met by a cheerful woman who showed us around the property and helped us get settled with where everything was.

1st Aruba visit

This was the first time we visited Aruba and this location could not have been better. First floor unit allowed us to have a large deck to spread out to have morning coffee and nighttime cocktails. Just a short walk to pool and just cross the street to Eagle beach, which was fabulous. Great to have washer and dryer and we each had our own bathroom. Walking distance to some great restaurants. The security people could not have been more helpful and they get us taxis whenever we wanted to visit t(e hotel area or other restaurants. Would definitely rent again.

Excellent property

Great home bad for a week or two at the beach or pool. Well stocked and a great location right on Eagle beach. This was our 2nd stay at Oceania and are sure to return! Unfortunately we had to cut this trip short due to a death on the family and hoping the host will give us an opportunity to utilize the nights we had to leave early on our shortened trip
