Welcome to Bay Princess 414, a comfortable and inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bath bayfront retreat offering some of the best sunset views in Ocean City. Located on the 4th floor of the Bay Princess building with elevator access, this condo pairs convenience with charm in one of OC’s most desirable areas.
Step into the open living space where you’ll find a bright, comfortable seating area, Smart TV for streaming your favorite apps, and direct access to your private balcony. Facing west across the bay, it’s the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or catch a spectacular Ocean City sunset.
The fully equipped kitchen has stainless appliances, ample cabinet space, and everything you need for easy vacation cooking. Dine at the table or enjoy a laid-back breakfast before heading out for a day on the sand — the beach is less than two blocks away.
Sleeping accommodations include a primary bedroom with a queen bed, a spacious second bedroom with two queen beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, comfortably hosting up to 8 guests. Two full bathrooms and an in-unit washer/dryer make longer stays stress-free.
With two parking spaces, an outdoor pool (in season), and quick access to restaurants, mini-golf, shopping, and OC’s iconic attractions, Bay Princess 414 is an excellent choice for family vacations, couples’ getaways, and small groups.

The kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge — everything you need to get settled in right away.
All linens and bath towels are included with your stay, and every bed will be freshly made before your arrival.

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.
If something feels off — whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.
All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.
After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home.
Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
