Situated right next to the Ocean City Convention Center, this 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo provides you with the privacy and serenity of the Bay and the luxury of beach access. The minute you walk into this condo you will be captivated by the full view of the Bay. Bring your fishing poles, crab pots and/or rakes for mucking in the bay for clams because it's all available from this condo without extra cost. Places like the Dough Roller, Rita's, Dumser's, Secret's, Endless Summer Surf Shop and more are within walking distance as well.
Interested in surf lessons for the kids? Endless Summer Surf Shop which is right across the street offers free lessons. Call and reserve your spot early.

The unit sleeps 6 comfortably with a Queen bed in the master, 2 full-size beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Great Bayside Condo!

My family and I really enjoyed our time at Thunder Island. The area was quiet and the condo was as advertised. Quaint, clean, & a beautiful view of the bay. With just a short walk to the beach and conveniently located near enough to the boardwalk, would highly recommend. The host was very communicative and was a big help during the booking process!

Amazing!

The property was incredibly clean and the location is ideal. The beds were comfortable and the condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor shower for the building was perfect to rinse off after beach days. The complex was quiet and the view is outstanding. Roberto was a great host, we would stay here again!

This condo is really all about location and the balcony. Both are fantastic!!!!!! The bedrooms and bathrooms need a redo. It was hard to tell from the pics that the carpet is old brown shag carpet in the bedrooms. (Which is icky at the beach) and the bathrooms are really old as well. They are maintained well - but just not what I was expecting. The kitchen is very nice and bright and recently redone. Last - note that you need to bring your own sheets and towels (and even bath mats!!) and print your own parking pass. I didnā€™t get this info until the day before and it would have been helpful to have from the outset when we booked so I could have washed and packed them in advance.

We had a wonderful experience at this property! Everything was perfect! We arrived, and we entered the condo via a codeā€¦. provided with a parking permit in a very thorough email. The condo was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything one might need for a week long stay! Highly recommend this property!!! Beautiful view of bay

This condo has a beautiful view of the bay. Nice quiet location. Big porch to hang out on. You can see the pool as well (good for a big group so you can keep an eye on those at the pool when you just feel like relaxing on the porch). Canā€™t recommend enough!

Awesome Condo! Excellent Vacation!!

This condo was extremely clean and very comfortable for our family of 5, which included 2 teenage boys and a 5 year old. Itā€™s very apparent that itā€™s well taken care of, new appliances and fully stocked with anything you might need during your stay. Convenient location to the beach and other attractions, but quietly set back on the bay. My family loved using the pool after a day on the beach. We all loved the bayside views, especially right from the living room or balcony. Any questions we had were promptly responded to by the owner. We would definitely book this condo again...great place!!

Excellent vacation experience

It was exactly how it was advertised. My family enjoyed it. Our two teenagers enjoyed the beach and the pool. Our view from the condo was breathtaking. I will definitely use this condo again.

Great place with great views day or night. Close to everything and can walk to the beach in mins. Stayed here multiple times and love the place! Owner is always available and it's always a hassle free stay. You will enjoy your stay at OC!

Great family vacation!

Condo is perfect for a family. Location in midtown is ideal. Furnishing are clean and simple. Plenty of space for all to relax. Wifi and cable were huge bonuses. And owner is quick to respond and very helpful.

The condo was perfect for 4 people and very clean. The location on the bay was very relaxing, especially with the balcony over the water. It was a quick walk to the beach and to the bus which made getting to the boardwalk easy. We would definitely rent this condo again.

We stayed here 4th of July week. This condo was very clean, cute and comfortable. It has a large balcony with a very relaxing view of the bay. My daughter had a dance competition at the convention center and it was very convenient. Perfect location. My husband and other kids were able to use the pool, walk to the beach, and also water park and restaurants. This was my first time renting off a website so I was a little nervous. The owner responded quickly and pleasantly to my questions. The condo even has an Xbox my son enjoyed. We were very satisfied with this condo and would definitely stay again if in Ocean City.

RELAXING GIRLS GETAWAY!

The condo was very clean and furnished beautifully! The view from the porch was amazing early in the morning & evening when the city lights came alive! We loved the 2nd floor access and the locality of the condo made it very easy to walk to restaurants & beach! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would consider renting this condo again next year!

Young Family with a 14 Month Old

What a relaxing week! This unit had all the comforts of home with a flat screen TV in the master bedroom, tons of comfy blankets in the closets and a nicer couch than my own! I was worried about having my 14-month old exploring a rental unit and crawling along the floors, but this unit was spotless and I was able to relax knowing she wasn't getting into any pet hair or sand. Thunder Island is also a terrific spot. Close enough to walk to shops and the beach, but far enough away from Coastal Highway so you don't hear all the traffic. The balcony is lovely overlooking the bay, we ate dinner outside every evening. The pool is included in the rental and that is clean and safe as well! Overall a terrific spot!

The unit was exactly as pictured, very very clean and very nice. We have rented at Thunder Island for 13 years and although we look at many, many other rentals all over Ocean City we always wind up renting at Thunder Island. I usually do not rent a unit with out being able to read previous reviews but after contacting the owner I felt comfortable enough to rent this unit and we loved it.
