The rooftop is the reason guests book this home over others in the area. A private patio with a hot tub and open Uptown Charlotte skyline views; perfect for morning coffee above the city or evening soaks with the skyline lit up.



The main living level is open-concept with large windows that bring in natural light throughout the day. The kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with seating, ideal for groups who want to cook and gather. The dining area flows naturally into the living space.



The primary bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also features a king bed with its own spa-style bathroom. The third bedroom has two full beds, ideal for additional guests or families. With 3.5 bathrooms total, the home is well-suited for groups.



Additional amenities include an in-home washer and dryer, smart TVs in every room, free Wi-Fi, and garage parking. This home works equally well for a weekend getaway or a longer stay.

Rental Agreement:

Guests must be 21+ to book (verified for security only)

A rental agreement will be provided before check-in.

As per the NC Vacation Rental Act, payment, signature, and/or taking possession of the property serves as acceptance.

The booking guest must complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information may result in cancellation without refund.





Additional information

Please lock all doors and windows when leaving.

Unauthorized late departures $200 may be collected.

We provide a starter kit of supplies, any additional supplies needed must be purchased



Quiet Hours

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Any violation $300 may be collected and termination of your stay without refund.



Pets

Dogs only (max 2). $100/per pet may be collected

All pets must be registered before arrival. Unregistered pets $120 per pet may be collected.

Pet owners must provide breed.

Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Excessive hair or damage cleaning charges of $250 plus the cost of any damages may be collected.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste around the property (waste stations are conveniently located around the property).

Any pet that continues to disrupt other guest's and their ability to relax and enjoy their stay may result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.



Parking

Free onsite parking available.



Smoking

Absolutely no smoking inside.

If smoke odor or remnants are found inside or outside, a $500 cleaning charges may be collected.



Damages & Conduct

Please report any damage immediately, we know accidents happen we just asks guests to be truthful when they do

Guests are responsible excessive damages caused during their stay.



Internet Use

Internet is provided for general use.



Trash

Trash should fit in the outdoor bins provided.



Cancelations:

Cancellations within the cancellation window may have a 3% payment processing fee.

Interaction with Guests:

We respect your privacy and offer contact-free check-in, but we’re always nearby if you need anything. Our team is available via messaging for quick assistance throughout your stay from 8 AM to 10 PM—whether it’s a question, recommendation, or request. We will need brief access to the roof top if your reservation falls on a Tuesday for weekly hot tub cleaning.
