This contemporary home built into a hill is approximately 2,500 square feet with two car garage on 1/2 acre nestled among trees with red rock views. The house has been tastefully decorated and stocked with the necessary conveniences. The architect for the home was Don Woods, a notable local architect.

The Layout:

Living room - Vaulted Ceilings with Floor to Ceiling Windows providing access to the large Deck. Sectional seating in front of an oversized fireplace with a 70' flat screen TV over the fireplace.

Kitchen - Large and fully equipped for cooking. Cuisinart, pots, pans, toaster, can opener, keurig coffee maker, gas range, gas oven, ice maker, microwave.

Breakfast Nook - Off the kitchen. Table for 4.

Dining - Large round 60' table seating 6 for dinner off Kitchen and Living Room.

Decks - There are three decks with deck chairs, table, outdoor grill for outside dinner, star gazing or conversation. The third deck contains a Hot Tub with Red Rock Views.

The Master - King size tempurpedic like mattress with soft pillows and comforters. Chair, Nightstands, Chest and Large Walk-in Closet. Private Deck with Red Rock View. Flat Screen LED TV with remote. Located Upstairs.

Bedroom One - Two Twin tempurpedic like mattresses, nightstands and chest. Downstairs.

Bedroom Two - Bunk Bed (Full lower,Twin upper and trundle) sleeping 4. Downstairs.

Sun Room - Off the Master Bedroom. Full Size Futon/Couch. Sleeps 2. Upstairs.

Master Bathroom - Newly Renovated Shower. Upstairs.

Bathroom Two - Tub and Shower. Downstairs.

Bathroom Three - Half Bathroom off Living Room/Entry.

Laundry Room - Washer and Dryer with Sink. Off Living Room/Entry.

Garage - Two Car Garage. There is also a second driveway with parking.

Observation Deck - Third Deck. Climb Stairs for additional Views.

Electronics/Internet - High speed WiFi, DirectTV, 2 flat screen LED TV's (70' and 32'), remote controls. Wi-fi with streaming YouTubeTV providing all local and cable channels.

The Yard - Two driveway entrances to the house set far from the street. 1/2 acre of large Rocks and Trees provide feeling of privacy and seclusion. The front yard is fenced for privacy.

Everything was exactly how presented in the listing. We saw coyote and javalina’s. Loved the house and it was spacious and perfectly located I Sedona. The night sky from the hot tub was breathtaking. The day view was spectacular. Highly recommend!

Tremendous location with spectacular views and many activities available. We enjoyed several trails nearby and even went to Grand Canyon for a day in only six days! Night sky was unbelievable even with Full moon. The house is very spacious and owners were very accommodating. Highly recommend!

A wonderful home in a fantastic location! Beautifully decorated and spacious. The hot tub location was absolutely stunning! We used the hot tub for sunrise, afternoon, and sunset. It never got old! We saw javelina 2xs. No other wildlife. We did our own breakfasts daily and 3 dinners — we had everything we needed. The only “drawback” if you’re picky is that it is right off the the main road so you do hear highway noises AND all day long you have the traffic for Cathedral Rock going by (or having to turn around on shuttle only/no-car days). It wasn’t a big deal to us but we didn’t realize it ahead of time. We would definitely stay here again if we were to visit Sedona in the future. As it was, we had a fabulous week celebrating my 65th birthday! P/S All pics are from the property/hot tub.

This is a spacious house midway between Sedona proper and the village of Oak Creek. It was easy to get around and not far from stores and restaurants. We enjoyed having our coffee on the deck in the morning and watching the sunsets from the hot tub deck. Kitchen was well equipped but some of the skillets need replacing (scratched non stick surface). The primary bedroom was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We liked the ceiling fan. We had an issue with the hot tub on the first day and it was immediately addressed by the owner. Steps to the hot tub are irregular so use caution especially at night. Overall a good stay.

Best Location

We had a great time in Sedona. The location is directly in front of Cathedral Rock, no shuttle required. We hiked everyday. The hot tube was an amazing incentive for our kids. The owners were responsive.

Wonderful vacation rental and great location

The house and location was perfect. The house was well stocked with everything anyone could need. Beds were very comfortable. Our family of four adults really enjoyed our week stay. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Location

House was so clean, offered everything, very comfortable, oh so quiet and the location is excellent! Easy to get to anywhere in a very short time. To get to the hot tub you have to walk out the front door across small stones which isn’t bad, but the pictures gave me the thought it was on the deck, it’s not. All and all it was great!

Sedona getaway

This property is prime location! The view from the hot tub looking at the holy cross is unbelievable! The house has every thing you need and is lovely inside and out. We highly recommend and can’t wait to come back.

Gorgeous Views Excellent Location

Spectacular View

Couldn’t have chosen a better home to stay in. We traveled to Sedona for our daughter’s wedding. We got in late so it was quite dark when we arrived but woke up to an incredible view of the red rocks from the deck on the hot tub, which we enjoyed immensely!! The house was perfect for my family of 5. Loved the walk in closet in the master bedroom and the decks outside the living room and bedroom. Spacious home with amazing views.!! The owners were wonderful with communication and made our check in and stay very enjoyable!

5 star property

This was our second stay at this lovely property and we can't wait to go back. Very experienced and lovely hosts. It has everything, including close proximity to trails, comfortable beds and linens, well stocked kitchen, hottub with an amazing view and other wonderful outdoor spaces. Very spacious and open floorplan. Great for friends, famiy, or a couple.

The House backs up to the national forest and then beyond to Cathedral Rock. We have seen deer and javelinas in the yard and driveways. The uniqueness of the house, the lot and location. Feeling of being in a forest and seclusion with many Decks and Views.

Just a 3 minute walk to the Little Horse trailhead and connecting trails. Between Downtown Sedona and Village of Oak Creek. The hot tub deck at sunset is the place to be.
