Entire 1,410 sq ft home including two car garage is available for your next desert vacation! Upstairs are the two bedrooms total as follows: Primary features a California King bed with a 50” Smart TV with Spectrum TV Select 155 Channel programming, ample closet space, and en-suite bathroom with newly remodeled walk-in tile shower and double vanity sinks. Bedroom #2 features a California King bed with a 43” Smart TV with Spectrum TV Select 155 Channel programming along with an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also two spare twin cushion beds stored in the second closet of the primary. Both bedrooms have a sliding glass door to the upstairs patio area. A half bath is located downstairs in the hallway.

Living room has a 65” Smart TV with Bose soundbar and Spectrum TV Select 155 Channel programming. Guests may also log into their own apps (Prime, Netflix, etc.). A gas fireplace is available for guest use as well. Premium high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home with 1GHz internet service.

Home features a dedicated work desk with printer (guests are responsible for any toner needs) and outdoor patio entertainment area with firepit. Kitchen, furniture, and touches have modern flair. There is a four-person dining area, kitchen island with two stools, and stainless-steel appliances including an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, ninja blender, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Outdoor four-person cushioned seating around a fire pit and additional two small tables and chairs. Professional and immaculately landscaped with desert friendly plants and trees. PGA West routinely plants new flowers throughout the community as well. Webber direct line BBQ grill available. Washer and dryer for guest use. Two car garage with remote controls for guest parking and can also park on the street with laminate from security booth presented on dashboard.

There are two salt water pools and spas nearby (one near the pond and one across the street). Each pool is 40 x 30 in feet and spas are 10 x 10 feet. Pool heating can be requested at no additional fee from November through May. Pools are cleaned three days a week and hours are 6am-10pm. Pools heated to 82 degrees and spas to 102 degrees when requested per owner.

Golfers: there are five public courses to choose from including three Pete Dye, Jack Nicholas, and a Greg Norman. Course details can be found on the PGA West website.

Dining: At PGA West the attention to first-class hospitality and service extends well beyond the green. From casual to formal, poolside or inside, members and visitors unwind, dine, and socialize surrounded by the most magnificent views. Guests can dine and take part in special events at Ernie’s Bar & Grill, Wallaby’s West, Pete Dye Clubhouse, and The Bunker Bar.

- Empire Polo Fields for Music and Art Festivals: 13-minute drive or 5.4 miles

- Downtown Palm Springs/Airport: 45-minute drive or 25.5 miles

Additional Rules and Info:

- Noise from radios, music instruments, loudspeakers, sound amplifiers, and “any machine, device, or equipment including phones” that creates sound audibly outside of the rental home is prohibited after 10pm per HOA rules and in respect of the neighbors.

- Commercial vehicles and recreational vehicles (motor homes, campers, converted trucks, etc.) are not allowed to be parked, stored, kept, constructed, repaired or maintained anywhere on the property except for loading and unloading and must be removed within 24 hours per HOA rules. Boats and/or boat trailers are not allowed on the property.

- One small dog allowed with $150 non-refundable deposit. Please do not allow the dog on any furniture or bedding and ensure to pick up their droppings. Dogs must be on a leash outdoors per HOA rules.

- Post stay housekeeping is for three hours. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $80hr. Guest paid mid-cleanings are typically available if you would like cleaning performed during your stay (check with the management company to confirm availability).

- Guests staying longer than one month are required to either purchase a mid-cleaning from Blue Coachella Vacation Rental Management, with or without laundry service, or have professional maid service completed once a month for upkeep.

- No mail box access is available. When placing an Amazon order kindly instruct them to deliver to Front Door and not on Sundays. USPS service is not available for guests. Use Fedex or UPS for front door deliveries.

- A vacation rental agreement must be completed before arrival and guests are required to provide a copy of their driver’s license at check-in.

Local vacation rental management group Blue Coachella provides peace-of-mind check-in service, onsite and/or phone assistance during your stay, and professional housekeeping services. Guest paid periodic mid-cleanings are available during your stay.
