Enjoy west-facing mountain views from the balcony. Features include a full kitchen, living/dining area with queen sleeper sofa, king bed in master, two twin beds in guest room, and stackable washer/dryer.



The Space:

Enjoy direct west-facing mountain views from the balcony near the back of Legacy Villas. The unit features a full kitchen, living/dining area with a queen sleeper sofa and a flat screen TV. The master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, dresser, closet and an en-suite bathroom with separate shower and tub. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, TV, closet and a full bathroom with a combination shower/tub across the hallway. The unit also features a stackable washer/dryer. The kitchen contains all major appliances including a refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker, gas range, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Linens and towels are provided and the villa will also have basic toiletry/cleaning products. The unit can be combined with LV009 (Private Upstairs Studio with Unobstructed Mountain Views) to create a spacious 3 bedroom villa (subject to availability).



Guest Access:

The vacation villa is located at Legacy Villas in La Quinta. Legacy Villas is a community of 280 resort condominiums and townhomes. The community is nestled in a mountain cove on the western side of La Quinta with views of the Santa Rosa and Chocolate mountains throughout the property. Enjoy 12 saltwater pools and hot tubs, a fitness center and a community clubhouse and barbeque. Legacy Villas is a gated community with 24 hour manned security. The community is a 5-10 minute walk to La Quinta Resort and only a short drive from Old Town La Quinta, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, the Indio Polo Grounds and numerous other desert attractions.

La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's Career Builder Challenge is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a 10-15 minute drive from a majority of our properties in the city. Don't forget the Riverside County Fair and Date Festival in February, La Quinta Arts Festival in March and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals in April. The Coachella Valley is a wonderful destination for outdoor adventure in all seasons.

La Quinta Paradise

Loved the location with a beautiful view of the mountains and close to a pool. Great breakfast and workout space. The place is tastefully decorated and would definitely return to this complex.

Best of Legacy Villas

Over the years we have stayed in at least ten different units at Legacy and this unit was one of the very best and we will always try to reserve it for future trips. Well located, exceptionally clean, systems easy to work, diligent oversight by management.

Great Stay!

We had a lovely time in this villa. When we arrived there were some missing kitchen items that were brought immediately when I requested them. All new. Good location near a couple of pools. Lovely property.

Disappointed

At arrival noticed the carpet in the master and living room was dirty. Had ants in the sink on a constant basis. "Neighbors" complained about noise, literally just watched television and talked normally. Was uncomfortable the whole weekend, my older children could not enjoy a movie.

I loved that the unit was right next to a pool and was spacious. Unfortunately the freezer was not working, and the ice machine was not making ice. In addition the glass sliding door in the shower kept coming of the track and the water running out of the taps was always hot. The unit was clean although there were some spots on the carpet and some of the throw pillows were dirty.

Located in a beautiful complex close to one of the many pools. The unit was clean and comfortable. It could use a little updating. The addition of more comfortable chairs on the balcony and some plastic glasses for the pool would be appreciated

Relaxation

Fantastic stay - the property was perfect for us all and the teenagers loved the pool and hot tub. The grounds are well maintained and so pretty. And it’s close to everything! Will be coming back!

La Quinta Mountain View

The property is very well located in a quiet section of the development. There were some initial issues (no hot water in the master shower, heat instead of cool in the master bedroom and pet stains on the living room carpet). Management responses were prompt. This is our second year staying at Legacy Villas and the location is the best. However, the interiors are in real need for updates

Location of the condo was great. Close to the pool and the views were wonderful from the balcony. There was no pepper nor aluminum foil.( There was no condiments in general)Low on cooking pans and the one they had was dirty. The electric BBQ grill was not working properly which we reported to the property manager We got no response at all. Overall the condo was clean but needs a facelift.

Beautiful and Spacious Property

We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were clean and good sized and the property had everything we needed, close to pools, so relaxing!

Great 2 bedroom right next to main pool

The property was terrific. The stay would have been perfect if there were some type of locks on the doors like they have in hotels. Basically it was very easy for younger children to just walk out of the door on their own.

Beautiful Property, Unit Needs Adjustments

Love the villas and the beautiful setting! For the unit, I'd recommend: -Updating the master AC - super noisy and kept me awake all night -the unit had a really musty smell when we first got in -The kitchen cabinets and some of the furniture is visibly worn I will say the unit seemed clean which was reassuring.

Nice place

Although a bit out of date decor wise, and some worn walls and cabinets, it is very comfortable and bigger than expected. 2 gas fireplaces added to the comfort. 4 can sleep here no problem. The Wifi was very good; a small pool close by, but jacuzzi was not working, and many other pools within a few minutes include 2 lap pools, although 1 was closed for maintenance. Good hiking trails are within a few miles drive. The fitness center is closed due to COVID. I would stay here again.

Awesome home in a beautiful resort

We booked this unit as one of a three units for a group. It was clean and will appointed. Lots of family games that our adult kids loved! Easy check-in and check-out during pandemic. Enjoyed our time. Definitely recommend the unit.

La Quinta Stay

Clean condo and great location. Legacy Villas very beautiful. Our beds and couch were not comfortable. Also when we were trying to check out, load our car and take out trash, we were checked out before 11.

Quiet, well planned resort with nice grounds and fountains. Response on questions were either slow or non-existent. Some units are better furnished.

Thanksgiving

The codes to get in did not work. So that was challenging, none of the codes worked. but finally got in after several phone calls. A key would be good next time, they work better. The unit was great and very clean.

Stay 2020

The property it’s self is very nice and kept up well . The unit needs a real good cleaning including shampoo the carpets and furniture . There was an old bar of soap in the master shower gross! It’s very dated . There was men working in the unit so housekeeping has to come back in and clean . We are suppose to be our early check money back since the unit wasn’t ready .
