Fabulous villa Brionika with pool in Vodnjan

Villa Brionika is situated in the charming town of Vodnjan, only a few kilometers from Pula. This holiday home is surrounded by other vacation villas in a vibrant tourist area, making it an ideal base for exploring the region. Villa Brionika features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The inviting living room is equipped with a sofa bed for extra guests and a Smart TV. Outside, enjoy a modern pool with lounge furniture, a cozy summer kitchen with a barbecue, and a beautiful garden.

Villa Brionika operates primarily on a self-check-in basis, featuring a key safe located next to the front door. You will receive the access code for entry on the arrival day.

Proper waste separation is strongly encouraged. If you purchase plastic bottles or metal cans while in Croatia, please refrain from crushing them. Instead, set them aside, and we will ensure they are properly recycled.

A damage deposit of €500 is required, which must be paid via bank transfer—cash is not accepted. This deposit will be refunded up to 24 hours after checkout, provided the property passes inspection and no house rules were broken.
