Note:

• The check-in office is next to unit 145. You will see a street sign saying "Multi-Resorts at Puente Vista Timeshare Check-in Office"
• Boat Trailer Parking: As of June 5, 2020, the Puente Vista Council of Co-Owners allows only one boat trailer per condo to be parked on-site due to the limited number of stalls available.
• Towel Exchange & Trash Pickup: Complimentary service available daily, except Fridays (Timeshare turnover day) and Sundays (office closed)
• Mid-stay move: As a friendly reminder, by booking this listing, please note that a unit switch may be required during your stay. This would only occur if absolutely necessary due to unexpected maintenance issues or availability constraints.
• Please rest assured that this is not a frequent occurrence — we simply like to make our guests aware in advance. Should it ever be needed, our on-site team will be happy to assist and ensure the transition is as smooth and seamless as possible.
• If you have any special requests, such as unit location, no stairs requests, etc., it is important that you let us know immediately so that we can try to accommodate your request. All requests are handled on a first reserved / first confirmed basis.
