"The Sandbar" 2 story Townhome Across the Street from the Beach!

This is a newer unit, construction built in 2015. It is only a hop, skip, and jump away from your front porch to the beautiful beach. Just grab the kids, sunscreen, flip flops, and cold drinks and walk across the street. The beach is also vehicle accessible if you wanted to take your personal vehicle on to the beach with your BBQ pit to cook and tailgate to sit on. There is a beautiful beach view from the balcony. Great place for you and the family to come enjoy your time at this beautiful vacation spot in front of the beach! It's a 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath that sleeps 7. The big open floor plan on the 1st floor is perfect for a group of family or friends to share laughs, meals, and entertainment with the kitchen, dinning room, living room, along with the washer, dryer, and 1/2 bath. All three bedrooms are located upstairs along with 2 full bathrooms and a loft at the top of the stairs which is a great place for the kids to hang out. There is a TV in every bedroom, the loft area and the living room and cable and wifi are provided. You will also love sitting out at night on the balcony listening to the waves crash under the moonlight. There is also a picnic table and chairs on the 1st floor patio.
