CONDO FEATURES

Captiva Resort Villa 3138 (formerly Tennis Villas) features an open floor plan in the main living area. Located on the top floor for enhanced privacy and scenic potential, this unit boasts a distinctive open loft-style allowing for a natural and airy feel. The main level features the primary bedroom with a full bathroom, while the spacious living area offers a queen sleeper sofa, ideal for accommodating extra guest. The spacious loft is perfect for the kids to have their own space, featuring two twin beds. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen and gather for meals in the welcoming dining area. Step outside to the screened lanai, complete with comfortable seating for relaxing outdoors. The building is elevator-accessible and includes on-site amenities such as a heated pool and BBQ grills. Washer/Dryer is also a nice perk to have, right in your unit! **While South Seas resort amenities are NOT included, the breathtaking Captiva beaches are just a short, easy stroll away.

THIS IS A PRIVATELY-OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE GATES OF SOUTH SEAS ISLAND RESORT AND IS NOT SUBJECT TO RESORT AMENITIES BUT OFFERS MANY SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE THAT ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. HOWEVER, FULL SOUTH SEAS AMENITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE WE DO PROVIDE ACCESS TO OUR SISTER RESORT, TWEEN WATERS INN AND MARINA.
