Beach Villa 2313, Upscale and Beautiful Beach Front Condo with Gorgeous Gulf

Beach Villa 2313 is a very nicely renovated and luxurious vacation rental condominium in Captiva. Our spacious one-bedroom/one bathroom condominium features a very comfortable king-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. There is a full kitchen, a living area with a large flat panel TV, and a private screened lanai to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail. The direct beachfront view looks out to the Gulf of Mexico and the pool area. While you don't get access to the resort amenities, you still have access to the association pools, tennis/pickleball courts, laundry room, BBQ grills, and the beach. We include beach towels. There are many restaurants just outside the gates of the resort that are wonderful option,s and shops just outside the resort as well.

Important Notes

Private Management
This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level.

Beach Gear
Beach chairs and umbrellas are not included. Instead, your stay includes a VayKLife credit for beach essentials such as chairs, umbrellas, coolers, wagons, and more. Delivery is included. On-site availability cannot be guaranteed. Your booking confirmation includes a link to redeem your credit.

Construction & Maintenance
Currently, there are no ongoing repairs or construction within the Resort. Should any occur during your stay, refunds will not be issued for disruptions caused by maintenance or repairs beyond our control.

Storm Impacts
Due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton, access to some amenities may be limited during your stay.

The beach view was great as pictured. Condo interior looked professionally decorated. Kitchen fully equiped but we usually ate at one of the good restaurants down the road. Our only complaint was the mattress that is extremly firm. My wife chose to sleep on the sofa instead. We decided to leave 3 nights early. The management rep said the owner and guests prefered very firm. It's a matter of degree.

We understand that bedding comfort is a personal preference; while many guests specifically request and enjoy the support of a firmer mattress, we sincerely regret that it didn't align with your personal sleep style and that it impacted your stay to the point of leaving early. We take all guest feedback seriously and will share your comments with the property owner. For future visits, we always encourage guests to reach out to us during their stay—while we can't always swap a mattress, we are often able to provide mattress toppers or other solutions to ensure everyone in your party is comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful feedback! I am so glad you enjoyed the direct beach views and the nearby osprey nest—those are truly some of the best parts of the Captiva experience. It is also great to hear that the quick walk to the sand and the quieter stretch of beach made your stay enjoyable. We did not use laundry service never been to a place where you paid for using washers/ dryer. AC was fine but needed fan in bedroom to keep it cool.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the AC and the bedroom comfort. We are glad the AC was working well, and we appreciate the suggestion regarding a bedroom fan to help with airflow. Regarding the laundry facilities, we are disappointed to receive a lower rating based on this, as we aim for total transparency in our property descriptions. We do clearly disclose in our listing that the laundry room is available for a fee. This is a common setup in some of our coastal complexes to keep overall nightly rates lower for guests who may not need those specific services. We take a lot of pride in our "no surprises" approach to hosting, so it's a bit disheartening when a clearly stated policy impacts a guest's overall impression. We truly enjoyed having you and hope that, laundry aside, you had a relaxing stay on the island.

Loved it all! The condo was located exactly as I had hoped. The beach was very close and even a Starbucks within walking distance. The Osprey out side the lanai. Pelicans, Dolphins, and lots of other birds. Wonderful!

We booked this condo the day before check in as a quick get away to heal from a bad situation and had to cancel hours after making the booking due to flight delays and no further flights available before the booking began. Ryan was amazing and helped us out with the cancelation, responding nearly immediately. I really appreciate his help as it was already a super stressful situation. Will definitely try this beautiful place again when it is not last minute during a government shut down.

Great property right on the beach, pools werent crowded at all. Parking detals were wrong there was no construction, you can park right next to the room. Its gated but you just need to tell them your room address to get a gate pass.

Check-In was a breeze - we received code for the door ahead. The whole condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed to cook. Loved the balcony and gorgeous view of the Gulf. There were 2 chairs, an umbrella and cooler to use for the beach along with 4 beach towels. Absolutely loved staying here and would love to go back.
