This is a North facing unit with amazing views of the Gulf State Park from the regular balcony and incredible views of the Gulf from the unique 3000 sq. ft. patio! The patio is exclusive to this condo, no other unit may use it!! The Patio includes seating and a huge Bar for serving your favorite drinks with the best views in Orange Beach!! Great for Receptions!!



Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated four bedroom, four bath condo. Come check out the large custom kitchen and a 50'' HD TV in the living room, and flat panel HD TVs in all the bedrooms.



Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 3000 sq ft condo. The north facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large patio has unbelievable views of the waves and beach and beach views from the Balcony as well!



The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two queens, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has a double bunk bed which is perfect for kids. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living are providing sleeping accommodations for 12.



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you donā€™t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Wedding weekend

We stayed at the Phoenix 2 West and the staff and everyone from security to check in were so accommodating for my vendors and others that came to be a part of our wedding. We also rented a house in Fort Morgan that was extremely comfortable!!! Such a beautiful spot!

New Yearā€™s Eve vacation

We had a great time. My family all came to celebrate the new years together This place was very spacious and we actually were able to see the fireworks from the patio. The views we had were amazing. The weather was a little chilly so we spent a lot of time in the condo. Our kids loved the indoor swimming pool. This is definitely a place you want to stay with your family and friends.

Orange beach condo

VRBO filter classified property as oceanfront. Was really overview. Also had a leaky ice maker which caused three days of wet carpet in master. Required 48 hours of fans to dry to an acceptable level. Then had smell of mildew for a couple of days after. Only got a rent concession of 300.

Everything was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the listing says ocean view. Yes, if you go to the massive terrace you can see a partial view of the ocean. I was under the impression the main balcony faces the ocean but it doesnā€™t. Itā€™s not the end of the world but I would have preferred knowing the balcony faces the street instead of the ocean. During busy times, the elevators can be difficult to access, so plan to add a few minutes for that. The vacation company canā€™t control that, so itā€™s not a ding against them. It was a great long weekend for us and we loved our stay.

Spacious Condo

The condo had large rooms with a big deck. It also included a large ice maker. Outside was great for grandkids- large outdoor and indoor pools, lazy river and a slide. Cons- only given 2 bath towels per person which required washing every nite. No extras like blow dryers were provided At times long waits for elevators- especially at check in. A parking fee of $60 for each car. We were not allowed to put beach chairs any where on the beach in front of all the rentable umbrellas.

However, the furniture in the tv area is old and extremely uncomfortable and I cannot express how dirty this condo was we even had to clean vomit off the wall next to one of the beds. I will stay at this property again but not this unit.

This property in Orange Beach is not worth the effort.... the 'large balcony' was completley unnecessary, and such a waste - no grill, no cover, no reason for it to be there as best we could tell....NO reason to rent this unit just because of that patio..... I really do not like giving bad reviews so I have been generous with my 'stars'.... but in truth for those booking in the future.... there seems to have been no effort put into comfort or aesthetics....you can look forward to a unit that is decorated early (early!) MOTEL 6 with the same everything from early Motel 6 days..... including linens, decorations, cookware, appliances, etc.... And forget about coming in on a Saturday at 4:30 - the elevators were an EASY 1 to 2 hour wait

The private balcony was definitely the perk of the stay and offered our family beautiful views of the ocean, especially at sunrise. This was our 4th year staying at the Phoenix West II and this condo was by far the most worn one that we have ever stayed in. It has scrapes on the walls, heavily worn decor, carpet with stains, and just in general needs some care. It appeared rather obvious that this condo was heavily used and that these things were just from a lot of use. We would consider staying again if the condo received some TLC and was cleaned up some but in its current state, we would NOT stay here again.
