Our condo is perfectly situated on the 18th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf from the Living room and bedrooms!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 45" HDTVs in the 3rd and 4th bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and 2nd bedroom and two Queen beds in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, we also allow two children to sleep on the sofa, linens are provided.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

My family, 10 of us from age 5 to 80 really enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful, the views are amazing, and beach access is good. The garbage disposal was inoperable when we got there but it was repaired within 24 hours. I will bring my own skillet to scramble eggs and some scissors next time.

Loved our stay! This is our 3rd time booking with Phoenix! Great room, pool, and such a nice beach for the family! Room was just as listed and easily accommodated our large family! Indoor and outdoor pools were very nice and clean! Private beach access was nice and beach wasn’t too busy! Would 100% recommend for your next family vacation!

Beautiful unit!

The condo was beautiful and in great shape!! The facility was quiet in the off-season and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Be aware: the unit is sparsely equipped when it comes to some basic items- no hand soap, no extra trash bags, etc. Also note that they are strict in terms of no early check in being available and the checkin time is quite late.

Fabulous location! Great for the grand babies lots to keep them busy. Close to many restaurants and shops. Definitely would recommend. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Bachelorette trip

The condo was amazing and in great location. The trip was for bachelorette trip and was big enough for all the girls. Check in was easy and condo was very clean. Decor was very pretty. We have already been looking into stay in the condo for another trip. Would love to stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We used this great condo for a week with 8 adults and 6 very small children. The unit sleeps 14 per website but the rooms were portrayed with some sort of wide angle lens but in reality are very small other than the master bedroom. We made it work but could not really spread out at all and unfortunately it rained for 3 days of our stay making it more difficult to remain inside with all of us. Had one maintenance issue but Michael handled it quickly and efficiently.

Best Place I Have Ever Stayed!

This is the most beautiful and clean property I’ve ever stayed at. The listing is 100% accurate. The only thing that is not posted is that when you check in the person at the desk will give you wrist bands for everyone over the age of 5, once you put them on there is no way to take them off, we were not aware of that and a couple of people in our group put theirs on a little too tight. Its a small detail, it did not affect the trip, just giving the heads up for anyone else who stays here. 10/10 recommend this property.

Best vacation in a long…time. Had our children, grandchildren & 13 month old great granddaughter Every one hated leaving. Perfect condo, perfect weather and just steps to the beach. Beautiful! Thank you for sharing.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 1801 as an extended family for spring break. It was a good location for a family with young kids. The indoor pool was a hit but I wish the outdoor pool would have been heated. The beach was so close which made it an easy walk with all our beach gear. While the beach was crowed there was room to spread out and best of all, it was a well behaved crowd of mostly families. The unit was very nicely decorated and we had everything we needed. The cabinets need to be sorted out and organized and we would have appreciated a spare roll of toilet paper. The condo was clean with the exception of the floors which obviously had not been mopped. We are a family that takes their shoes off when we go inside and within minutes the bottom of everyone's feet were black. One other negative was that the beds made so much noise when you moved in them...not sure why this was. We mostly stayed on the property and cooked our own meals but we did get seafood from S&S Seafood Market which was great. There are lots of miniature golfs places and arcades nearby for a break from the beach. We will consider this property again for future trips.

Beautiful Views and Great Location

We stayed the entire week and had a blast. Close to restaurants with a short walk to some and others just a short car ride. There's a small convenient grocery store right across the street for last minute items. The Walmart is maybe 2 miles away for Groceries. The property is right on the beach and from the 18th floor you can watch Dolphins and see other things in the water from the covered balcony. From the balcony we even saw a Shark swimming along the shore in the morning. The condo is plenty big enough for multiple people to stay and not feel crowded. The view from the unit with corner and back windows is amazing. The kitchen was great for preparing meals and we cooked quite a bit. The property has an indoor and outdoor pool we we used alot and the beach is big and lots of room to spread out if you don't want to be right next to someone. We went the 2nd week of September which is the start low season and it was awesome. Light crowds and no waiting at most restaurants. The maintenance crew at the property were always cleaning and improving the place so it was clean everywhere. Also the gym in the building has alot to offer as afar as equipment. It has a full view of the beach and made working out almost fun. ;)

Browns vacation

Very good overall except for your parking pass policy. I had my renal car exchanged and the pass I purchased on Sunday did not get transferred. I was made to pay an additional $58 or my car would be towed. I did not think that was fair. We had proof I paid.

1801 west beach Blvd Phoenix property

Great stay at this unit. View was amazing ! Everything worked great. Little short on freezer space and ice maker had to be reset to work properly, but overall a wonderful kept unit with great benefits. AC was very good ... there were no problems.
