The unit is located on the 3rd floor of the Matapalo building with peaceful views over the lagoon pool and expansive tropical gardens. The master bedroom offers a Juliet balcony with views overlooking the gardens and the pool, as well as a walk-in closet and spa ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub.

Our gourmet kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a foyer with a coffered ceiling, an in-suite laundry room, elevators, parking, and 24/7 security.

The Diria condos are nestled in lush tropical gardens behind a huge lagoon pool with a swim-up bar, very tranquil despite the convenient town-center location. Famous Tamarindo beach is right across the street and all of Tamarindo’s vibrant shops, restaurants and nightlife are within easy walking distance.

-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and/or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,750. We understand accidents happen, so we`ve got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
