Great 3 br 2ba Vacation Home with RV Parking, Sleeps 10

We are sorry this renter had a bad experience. We have been renting this probably for many years with excellent reviews. Unfortunately upon arrival we were notified that the property wasn’t cleaned. We were shocked as well and it turned out that our cleaning lady who we had used for years was in an accident and she couldn’t notify us. So we offered to have another cleaning company come or a refund on the cleaning fee which is what the tenant agreed to. This is the first we are hearing of the blender not working as we have not had complaints for any other guests. We do our best to replace anything that does not work. The is also the first we are hearing of the bar stools and couch. The bar stools are less that a year old and are not meant to be leaning backwards on as they don’t recline. The couch is a leather recliner both sides recline so we aren’t aware of it being broken. We have no idea nor were we told about loud noises coming from the garage. We really have no idea what that could even be as we have never heard anything loud after many years of ownership. We have rented out this property for many years and always do our best to make our renters happy. If any issues do arise we are happy to help. We have many repeat renters because of this.
