Top Floor 4 BR/4 BA Ocean View Villa - Amazing views of Ocean Isle Beach! FAMILY TIDES VILLA is the perfect rental for family and friends who love Ocean Isle Beach as much as we do. This 1700 square foot villa has a spectacular view of the ocean and waterway, and is a quick 5 minute walk to the beach! The open floor plan provides tons of space for your family and friends to enjoy time away at the beach!

You can leave behind the worries of the mainland, as you begin your time away at our favorite place to unwind. We have tried to think of everything you might need to relax and have a great vacation. Our villa is comfortably furnished, clean and welcoming.

Our villa is located in the secluded West End of Ocean Isle Beach in Islander Resort. Our TOP FLOOR villa features a panoramic view of the island. You will enjoy a 180 degree view of the waterway and marsh, the island, and the ocean. Enjoy two decks, front and back, great for entertaining or just hanging out with cold drinks and good friends. The back deck is gated which helps with children and/or pets. Since it is the top floor, there are no footsteps or sounds from overhead!

Wake up peacefully to morning sun bathing the main deck in beautiful light. Open the doors to the deck and listen to the ocean waves and birds as they play around the lagoon. In the evening, the same deck will provide shade as you enjoy time with friends and family or reading a favorite book. Let nature become your timekeeper as the tides come and go. Our villa is steps away from the community recreation area that includes tennis, pickle ball, and basketball.

This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa will sleep 10 comfortably, and up to 12. Two primary bedrooms are equipped with King size beds. The two remaining bedrooms sleep 3 people each, one with both a Queen and a Twin size bed, the other with 2 Twin beds and a pullout trundle. All rooms feature their own ensuite bathroom. For that extra guest, the living room sofa has a double-size pull out.

Our kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs. The dining area includes a large dining table seating 8, and breakfast bar seating for 4. Additional amenities include a smart TV in the living room with DVD and surround sound. Each bedroom has its own tv. There is a large capacity washer and dryer, ceiling fans throughout, and high speed wireless internet.

The uncrowded beach is a short walk from the villa. Included with your rental is access to nearby members-only oceanfront pool with kiddie pool and hot tub, tiki bar, and restaurant. Tennis, pickle ball, and basketball are located steps away from the villa. The building has an elevator for easy access, and parking for up to 3 cars, with overflow parking close by.

For your enjoyment and ease, we offer a 6 seat golf cart rental at an additional charge of $375, less than the price of local rentals. We will rent to responsible drivers over the age of 25 who supply us with proof of insurance and copies of their drivers license.

We will allow a dog, up to 40 pounds, with pet fee, $200, and pet agreement.

Ocean Isle Beach is conveniently located less than an hour from Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC. It is a jewel of the NC coastline, ready to greet you with great restaurants, friendly faces, a slower pace, and sparkling ocean.
