Fantastic unobstructed ocean views. All new paint, stainless steel appliances, new washing machine, new sofa and loveseat both with power recliners. Only 200 ft from the Atlantic and 300 ft from the ocean front pool club-4 br 4 ba penthouse. DOG FRIENDLY ($200 DOG FEE). 1 dog 30 lbs or less allowed if crated when left alone.
PLEASE NOTE COMMUNITY POOL CLUB ONLY OPEN MEMORIAL DAY TO LABOR DAY.
PLEASE NOTE TOWELS AND LINENS NOT PROVIDED.

The Islander Villas Community is on the west end of the island which has a much wider beach and is less crowded than the upper end. The Islander Villas community has a very nice ocean front pool club with pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, outdoor tiki bar all on the ocean front as well as 4 community tennis courts.
Ocean Isle Beach is a south facing barrier island with 7 miles of beach on the Atlantic Ocean, located 12 miles south of the NC/SC border. Ocean Isle Beach is a much quieter and less crowded island than areas like Myrtle Beach, etc. The beach is spectacular and is very wide and clean with a nice gentle slope. The island has a fishing pier, arcade, surf shops, restaurants, museum, ice cream parlor, mini golf course, bicycle, jet ski, kayak, boat and golf cart rentals. The backside of the island has quiet protected water great for kayaking.

This property had a beautiful ocean view. It had close access to both the beach and the pool. This 4 bedroom 4 bath was perfect for our family of 8.

Such a convenient and well-appointed condo within a lovely resort. Close to everything, yet with a secluded feel. An unobstructed view of the Atlantic makes this an ideal getaway for anyone who loves the beach!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Lighthouse. The beds were comfortable as were the amenities. I loved the abundant light in the cottage. Best of all was the ocean view with comfy rocking chairs to take in the beauty and peacefulness of the scenery while enjoying the deck outdoors.

Thanksgiving @ the Lighthouse

Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving at the Lighthouse! This was our third stay at one of Cliff's properties and we have loved each stay so much. The ocean views are amazing! The condo is so nice, and kitchen is well stocked. Cliff is a great host and is always quick to respond. We can't wait to plan our next trip. Thanks Cliff!

Great stay at Lighthouse!

Second row condo with unobstructed ocean front view. Clean and well stocked. Very comfy reclining couch in the living room with spectacular view! Property manager was nice and easy to work with. We will return!

What a beautiful condo. The views were amazing!! Well stocked condo. What we needed Cliff took care of it immediately. Cliff was so helpful from the start to when we pulled away 😞 we look forward to booking with Cliff again!

Great view of Atlantic!

Really enjoyed our stay. The view of the water from the balcony was a favorite evening activity. Condo was very clean and well laid out. Kitchen was well stocked with all the items you would need and want. Beach access and pool both convenient easy walk from condo. Umbrellas and beach chairs on hand were helpful and appreciated. The only downside was that no linens and towels were provided.

We absolutely LOVE Ocean Isle. This was our second time staying in this same unit because we love the area and the community pool, restaurant, bar. However, this experience was different than our first time. The tv in one of the bedrooms did not work, when we contacted the host we was told it couldn’t be fixed and to use one of the other tvs which is understandable but not at night when each couple wants their own tv time. The light above the table kept shortening out. There was dust on the shelves in the hallway, lamp shades, baseboards, and ceiling fans. As a cleaner myself I understand the time crunch to get things done in time for the next guests but it definitely could have been cleaner. Our experience at OIB was amazing but we was disappointed in the unit this time.

Amazing place to stay

Wonderful location and place to stay. The beds are a little uncomfortable and there aren't any linens so plan on bringing your own. Other than that it was amazing. Very nice and spacious. We loved it and will be back!!!!

The unit has everything needed for a great stay. A spacious lovely place. Our only two minor concerns was the floors were not swept or mopped so were very dirty and dusty when we arrived. The other comment is about the complexity of the TV -- no cable service that relied on streaming for all the programming. Even our IT- savvy kids found this to be frustrating and mostly unworkable.
