Welcome to our Lower Level 3-bedroom home, where comfort and convenience come together for an unforgettable stay. our house offers the perfect retreat for your family or group of friends traveling together. The hoe has 3 bedrooms a well-equipped kitchenette. Whether you're cooking a meal, or simply enjoying each other's company, this home has it all for a short or long vacation. The Unit is located on the lower level towards the back of the home. As you enter the unit you'll discover a welcoming space designed for convenience and relaxation. This level includes three bedrooms, a convenient kitchenette for quick snacks and meals, a spacious living room for gatherings, and a shared bathroom servicing the bedrooms. In additional it features outside space to enjoy some time al fresco The unit is thoughtful layout and has ample space make it an ideal choice for groups of friends or family seeking comfort and convenience during their stay. Enjoy the freedom to socialize and unwind together or find private retreats within the various bedrooms and living areas. Guest has access to the entire unit I am available to assist you during your stay. Our spacious bedrooms are designed to comfortably accommodate extra guests if needed. For a small fee of $20 per night, we can provide an inflatable mattress to ensure everyone in your group has a comfortable place to sleep. 6. Some noise may be heard during the day and when the house is fully occupied due to other guests moving around in the lower level floor. However, it remains quiet after 10 PM, in line with our house rules.
