Regarding your request during your stay, access to our basement laundry facility is explicitly not included in our listing, as it is a restricted area reserved for business operations and personal property. We strictly enforce this for safety and security. We also want to assure future travelers that our property is fully and accurately pictured in our listing, so guests know exactly what to expect before booking. Our porches are completely structurally sound and safe. Following your checkout, we immediately inspected the refrigerator and beds, finding no leaks or structural defects. Furthermore, while we operate as a short-term rental rather than a hotel, we pride ourselves on providing a very generous supply of paper products—well above the standard starter amount for the industry.
