Luxury in Paradise with private pool, beautiful landscaped garden, outside kitchen with Gas Grill and Golf Course views. This beautiful villa offers you comfort, a place to relax and all you need.

Location
The villa is located at the beautiful community Tierra del Sol Resort & Golf in Noord. The Golf Course is designed by renowned Robert Trent Jones II. It is only a 5 minute drive to the popular beaches, Malmok, Boca Catalina and Malmok, but of course you can also stay at home and enjoy the lovely pool. The High Rise Area with lot’s of restaurants, night life, entertainment and shopping is also a 5 minute drive.

The House is Fully Airconditioned.
The Kitchen is equipped with, Fridge, Freezer, Stove, Blender, Oven, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Tea Kettle, Microwave, Pots and Pans, etc. You can either dine in or outside
Both bedrooms flat screen Cable TV and En suite Bathroom. Master bedroom with Walk in Closet. For a 5th or 6th person we will add an extra bed in each bedroom

Outside area includes a big shaded porch with a big outside Kitchen with BBQ grill, dining and lounge area. In the back of the garden is a Gazebo with lovely breezes and lounge seating as well. And best of all is the Private Pool to relax and enjoy the Aruban Sun.

If you are traveling with children and babies, we have a Pack N Play with extra thick matrass available. There are Kids Toys. We also have a Car Seat available for you to use for free.

For the Golfers we have a Golf Set available. These are not the newest Golf Clubs, but you are free to use them if you like.

Second year staying at this incredible house which remains as wonderful as my review of last year on VRBO. The new owners are maintaining the house well and have added some wonderful touches of their own. The island-based manager, Petra, is wonderful with near-instantaneous responses, excellent and professional communication, and an incredible resource for information regarding the house and all things Aruba. Really a 6 star propert on the 5 star VRBO rating scale!

Absolutely incredible property

This was one of the best vacation homes we have ever enjoyed. Our favorite parts include the spaciousness and beauty of the outdoor pool area, the luxurious finishings in the bedrooms and bathrooms, and the exceptionally well furnished kitchen. The kitchen has everything included: coffee, Nespresso pods, a great assortment of pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and accessories. This is particularly nice since eating out in Aruba can get pricey. The house also includes all kinds of beach and snorkeling gear, chairs, sun shelters, towels, and the like. The whole development is incredible including the restaurant that has great food, excellent service and stunning views. Petra was an incredible host who was thorough, helpful and accessible. She made the stay truly great as well. Many thanks to her as well. We would definitely return!!

Stunning backyard!

My husband, brother and sister-in-law and I all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Highlights included the peaceful and private backyard overlooking the golf course with many areas to dwell (especially in the shade), gorgeous pool, kitchen with all of the amenities (and I mean spices, oils and more!), as well as all kinds of other practical amenities (eg. a clothesline on which to dry our towels and clothes). Staying in the gated Tierra del Sol community provided us close proximity to the Palm Beach area, as well as a short walking distance to the ocean. Petra was responsive, helpful and a delight to deal with!

Amazing experience with family

Petra welcomed us as soon as we arrived and showed us everything in the villa and answered all of our questions. The villa itself was perfect - we came back every night to peace and quiet. Amazing snorkeling and quiet beaches only 4 minutes away. Highly recommend!

Backyard oasis

The house is exactly as described with up-to-date maintenance, excellent air-conditioning, comfortable bedding and is well-equipped throughout. The outdoor spaces are beautifully landscaped with sun or shade available in comfortable chairs all day long and the outside spaces are beautifully lit up at night. You can spend all day floating in the private pool looking out over the golf course in a backyard oasis. Also of note is the excellent property management. Petra and her husband Sander are extremely attentive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with!

An absolutely wonderful stay

It had been a number of year since we were last in Aruba. It was a beautiful place to visit and enjoy. Working with Petra was great. She was nice, responsive, and communicated well with us. She even contacted us to let us know when stores would be closed due to the Christmas holiday and offered to help us with some grocery shopping prior to our arrival. I can't say enough good things about her. The whole process went smoothly. The property was as described, comfortable, and lovely.

Great amentities

Lovely stay in an upscale community. Great backyard area with pool and large seating areas- nice reading opportunities! We enjoyed the incredible snorkeling at Boca Catalina. With the house so close, this was a regular stop. We would stay again.

Aruba Paradise

This property in Tierra del Sol was perfect for our family’s week long stay in Aruba. It is secluded and private but also only a 5 minute drive from Arashi and Boca Catalina. The private pool was great for days you wanted to enjoy the outdoors but not at the beach. Petra was a great host. Communication was top notch. Highly recommend this location for anyone who wants to visit Aruba but doesn’t want to stay in a congested resort.

Great for Couples or Small Family

Love the outdoor area - multiple seating areas shade & sun. Also loved the consideration of the hosts having coffee, drinks, cleaning supplies, etc. on hand so I didn’t have to run out & buy these things. Petra was an excellent property manager - very courteous, informative & helpful. I would definitely rent again. 🙂

Perfect location, perfect house!

The house overall was beautiful, especially the outdoor area which included a lot of seating surrounding the pool. The location of the house was perfect and we were able to drive close distances to the best beaches. The neighborhood felt safe and all the houses within were beautiful. The property manager, Petra, was responsive to any of our questions or needs. My family and I had a very good first time Aruba experience.

The outdoor area is heavenly! Petra made everything easy. Recommended and set up our car rental. All her suggestions for the provider of various activities ended up being our favorite things Highly recommend this property and Petra as a property manager and source of information
