The villa is designed to give you the best, wide-open views from the pool deck, porch, living room, and master bedrooms over the saliña and in the distance the Ritz Carlton and Marriott Hotel. A large pool deck surrounded by tropical plants guarantees you complete privacy in combination with a stunning view. That’s why we hear over and over again from our guests: “this is better than the Ritz..”

Aruba Ocean View Villa offers a large living room, dining area, and open kitchen with an island. From the living room, there is access to the three spacious bedrooms with built-in closets and en-suite bathrooms. From the living room, you have access to the covered terrace and outside dining area where it is comfortable all day long with the tropical breeze.

Around the private pool are sufficient pool chairs. Famous beaches like Arashi, Boca Catalina, and Palm Beach are only 5 minutes away by car.
Restaurants, casinos, shopping malls, and nightlife can be found in the hotel area at Palm Beach.

The villa is fully equipped with all linens and towels. Beach towels and beach chairs along with a cooler are provided for your use as well, however it does not provide umbrellas.

Utilities:
The total rate includes 20% tax, US$ 200,- final cleaning, and allowance for electricity and water in the amount of US$ 20, - per night, which is more than plenty for your stay.

**This property is NOT pet friendly and no smoking is allowed inside the villa smoking only outside.

Security Cameras are on the outside parameter of the Villa.

Supplies – Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and a trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products. The property also provides Beach towels, Beach chairs and a cooler for your trip to the beach, however it does not provide an umbrella.
