Great shops and restaurants are only steps from the front door, including VONS grocery, local movie theatre, skate park, walking/running trails, ski snowboard shops, local park, library and much more.

The public Free shuttle bus has a stop conveniently infront of the condo complex. You can access any point in the town of Mammoth Lakes via the shuttle, including a ride up to Main lodge to hit the slopes. If you are interested in exercise, a variety of walking/running paths is easily accessed from the condo as well.

Pet Fees:. Vacation time for your dog - All dogs must be registered. If you intend to have an emotional support animal or service animal please message prior for details and obtain approval. All dogs are subject to condo association rules and bylaws and subject to fines all owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs, and keep barking to a minimum. (we provide a kennel if your dog is left alone) We prefer you take your dog with you on your adventures but If leaving him alone please be sure your dog will not create damage or bark for hours while out.

Please make sure you take the time to ensure your animal has adapted to his or her new surroundings after all it is their vacation too!!
