Located on the outskirts of Panajachel but worlds away from the hustle and bustle, this brand new, one-of-a-kind, two-story loft will wow you with its panoramic, 180-degree views of Lake Atitlan and surrounding villages. This west-facing, spacious loft frames the ever changing views from every spot atop its perch high above the lake!
This loft can be rented together with the adjoining loft next door, accessible through locking double doors.

The space
Located on the outskirts of Panajachel but worlds away from the hustle and bustle, this brand new, one-of-a-kind, two-story loft will wow you with its panoramic, 180-degree views of Lake Atitlan and surrounding villages.
Soak in the views from almost every corner of this property – including the hot tub situated on a private terrace complete with chaise lounge chairs to soak up the sun!
The upper level of the loft has a spacious balcony with oversized hammock & Acapulco chairs, living room, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen.
On the lower level of the loft, you’ll find two sleeping areas that are separated by a family room. Each sleeping area can be closed off with heavy privacy curtains. The front bedroom has two twin beds (that can be combined to make a king-size bed) and ceiling to floor windows. The rear bedroom has a queen-size bed. The lower level of the loft also has a roomy bathroom, complete with rain head shower and plenty of hot water.
The nearby villages of Panajachel and Santa Catarina Palopo can be reached on foot in about 15 to 20 minutes, or by tuk-tuk (three-wheeled moto taxi) in about five minutes.
Other amenities include:
• High-speed Wi-Fi
• Smart TV with Netflix
• Complimentary multi-lingual concierge service to arrange a variety of amenities including: ground transportation, lake tours in private boat (with or without bilingual guide), private cook, massage therapist, hiking and mountain biking tours that culminate with a gourmet picnic, shopping service to stock your rental with any beverage or grocery items you would like to find upon arrival. A complete list of amenities will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation
• Complimentary laundry service
• Prepaid cell phone to call an English-speaking tuk-tuk driver and keep in touch with your complimentary concierge

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire loft. This loft can be rented together with the loft next door, which is a mirror image of this loft. There are double doors on the front terrace that can be unlocked and opened when both lofts are rented together in order to provide easy access between the lofts.
Other things to note
As part of new regulations inacted by the Guatemalan tax authority in January, 2023 (Acuerdo Gubernativo 245-2022), all businesses are required to submit an official government invoice for all sales in excess of Q.2500; failure to do so could result in a fine for the hosts (i.e. property owners).
For citizens of Guatemala a tax ID # or DPI number is required along with your name. For all non-Guatemalans a passport number along with your name is required in order to issue this official government invoice/receipt.
