Newly refurnished in October 2015. Everything you need is included in this condo - linens, bedding, a fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs/towels, sand toys, and all resort amenities including concierge, 24 hour office, security, maintenance and outdoor grills. MEMBERSHIP TO THE POIPU BEACH AND ATHLETIC CLUB IS INCLUDED. This is condo #204 in building 32.

Snorkeling and surfing are located right out front on Poipu Beach! It is a short and easy walk to restaurants, shopping, golf, the market, luaus and more! This is a great location with easy access to all activities and sights. Gorgeous tropical grounds with large grassy area for playing and relaxing!

Enjoy the sunny south shore in this beautiful tropical resort with amazing orchid gardens right outside the door, lush greenery and large grassy areas. Well equipped kitchen. I appreciated the brita filtered pitchers and ice trays. Coffee, filters and sugar were a welcome sight the first morning. The view from the top deck was great. And yes there is a parking area for the Sheraton next door and a tiny local park in front of the condo but the view makes up for it and after a bit I didn’t notice. Several great restaurants right across the road. We used the Popiu Athletic Club several time. Pool was nice and quite a bit of workout equipment. Kids played basketball, tennis over there too. The best part is it’s literally 100 yards to the beach!! Thanks for sharing your condo!!

Great location and nice property and proximity to the beach. Loved that it was a little less busy stretch of beach. Loved the deck. Great airflow. Worked well for us and our two teens. Kitchen cabinets were dated and doors didn’t stay closed. Wish they would stick coffee filters and salt/pepper. Had to make an extra trip for those as we assume those are in unit these days. Overall a great spot and awesome trip!

Fantastic

The quintessential location and vacation for our family of four. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed and more. Stones throw to the beach and the Sheraton which hosted a luau that we attended and recommend. Would love to return someday. Feel fortunate the hosts shared their special place with us! Thank you!!

Beautiful week in the surf and sand.

My three sisters and I loved staying here. We could see the ocean from our deck and loved walking to the beach several times each day to swim. We feel like we really lucked out on the location with such easy close access to the beach. Management was very quick to respond to our needs, and the owner was fabulous.

Home sweet Home!

We stayed here for about two weeks. The condo was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked, minus baking sheets. The crockpot was very helpful. Their was great air circulation and fans. Even in July we had a good nights sleep. There are a few knicks and scuffs throughout the unit. It didnt interfere with our stay but I wanted to make the owner didnt think they were from us. Also the public Sheraton beach is literally across the street. Sometimes it felt uncomfortable to leave doors ooen with the light local traffic and visitors. On the flip slide, we could see and hear the laua from the balcony.

Great location

We've stayed at Kiahuna 4 times now and it's just the best. This location has an ocean view. At first I was worried because the public parking area is right outside, but it was very quiet. The living room is well furnished and the bathrooms are very nice. The bed was kind of bouncy, but otherwise we had an excellent stay.

Great location and very comfortable accommodations. Super easy to walk across the street to hang out at the beach. Also, easy access to see the sunrise and sunset. Great Holiday Stay and Amazing Location

Our 3 night stay was fabulous. The unit was exactly as described and Larissa was a great host. She responded quickly and made the process easy. The unit is spacious and airy, we loved the sound of the ocean every night and the view off the balcony right to the beach. It's a beautiful resort with a location that can't be beat.

Beautiful Condo on the South Side

This is a very nice two bedroom condo located right on the Kiahuna beach. The upstairs is open and comfortable. The downstairs has the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Kiahuna Plantation is a beautiful area which is landscaped beautifully. We sat on the lanai and watched the ocean roll in. The owner is good to communicate with. We enjoyed our 8-day stay here from Sept. 2 through Sept. 10 and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Traveled with senior citizens and little kids. Worked great to all. Right next to sheraton and a short walk to poipu beach. You wont gobwronf with this. Only watch out is the pool is across the road but that didnt bother us.

Perfect location

Have stayed in several units at the kiahuna plantation over the years. This unit was steps to the beach. Dedicated parking spot. Actually we had 2 cars not a problem. The unit is exactly as posted furnishings are simple but adequate kitchen well stocked Plenty of linens towels etc. my grandson slept on the pullout couch and stated it was comfortable. Washer and dryer in unit but need to provide your own soap. Lanai very large and wonderful view. Unit next to Sheraton and can hear nightly luaus beautiful orchid garden as you come out of unit if you’re a golfer excellent course minutes away. We used beach chairs every day Several stores and restaurants within walking distance. Large swimming pool also across the street if you don’t mind walking there. Only issue which is a minor one was lighting in kitchen was sparse otherwise great unit. Will probably book again on our next visit

We began going to Kauai in about 2005 and absolutely fell in love with it on the first trip! We love spending our summers on the island hiking, snorkeling, surfing and relaxing on the beach!
