SANDY BEACH RESORT New remodel with air conditioning. Beach 2min walk!

Paradise. This spacious beach home has a 2 LEVEL OPEN FLOOR PLAN with 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and A/C. We are building #37, Unit 243.

BEACH: The Travel Channel named our Poipu Beach “America’s Best Beach” and we can see why. This beach is pristine with soft, clean sand. The protected sandy beach cove is a 2-3 minute walk through our resort's grass!

SNORKEL: We provide snorkel gear. Walk slightly east around the beach and you are in the perfect place for snorkeling. So many fish! The protected sandy beach cove is a 2-3 minute walk away!

BEACH EQUIPMENT: surf board, 4 beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc.

REMODELED IN 2020. Step inside this beautiful home located in building 37, #243.

A/C in every room

FREE ATHLETIC CLUB AND FAMILY POOL. This is a family friendly resort pool with waterslide, waterfalls, jacuzzi, and sandy shore baby pool.

POOLSIDE BAR AND GRILL that has reasonable prices for a convenient meal.

YOGA, TENNIS AND PICKLE BALL COURTS, basketball courts (with complimentary paddles and balls).

KIAHUNA GOLF COURSE is located across the street from the resort.

The interior has ocean inspired artwork from exclusive galleries on Kauai. The acacia tree wood dining table adds modern elegance. It seats up to 6 people with the added mango wood bench.

This is our personal home for part of the year and we have given it that extra touch of comfort and elegance.

Linens, bedding, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are new mattresses in every bedroom. Beach chairs and beach towels are complimentary to our guests - just present towel cards at the Beach Hut - no need to pack them.

CLEANING FEE ($341 +tax) for stay for less than 10 days will be collected upon check-in.

Free High-speed Internet and 3 flat screen TV's to give you the comfort and services that you expect in a resort. Wi-Fi service in our condo is included at no cost. Although we do not have a wash/dryer inside our condo, there is an onsite laundry (it takes credit cards) for the guests.

2 lanai porches to enjoy our Hawaiian garden view.

Restaurants are across the street in the Poipu Shopping Village. Keoki’s Paradise is a favorite eating establishment of ours with live music.

Travel a couple of blocks down the road and you will find The Shops at Kukuiula. This is an enchanting place with live music at night, gourmet restaurants, Lappert's homemade ice cream/specialty coffees/pastries, a Long's Drugs, art galleries, high-end shopping, and twinkle lights on the palm trees. On Wednesday afternoons you can shop at the Kauai Farmer's Market.

We just finished our stay at this lovely condo. No notes. It was fantastic. The pictures are accurate, the place is immaculate and the perfect size for our family of 5. Plenty of beach gear, including a surfboard our teenagers used daily. If you book this place, you will not regret it. Hope to come back!

Incredibly noisy, walls are too thin. Building was difficult to find, numbering on outside of buildings was sparse. No information on the tsunami or where to evacuate was given. Everybody was constantly tired because the noise interfered with sleep.

We loved our stay! The condo is very comfortable. Beds are great - even the sofa bed is comfortable. It was also nice to have a full sectional and spacious living room that was a separate area to where the sofa bed couch is. It is only a 2 min walk from the beach, and we loved the location. The house has beach chairs and boogie boards for use. Sunny and spacious. We also loved being able to use the pool/gym/tennis/pickleball/restaurant across the street at the athletic club. Great location for seeing everything in Kauai. Please note - we didn't realize that there was no washer/dryer. For a holiday with lots of sand, this was a challenge. The listing says there is a laundromat nearby, but we didn't find one less than a 20 min drive away - not very close in my opinion.

Lovely cottage with quick walk to beach and coffee

We loved this property. It has been nicely remodeled and was very clean. We also loved the short walk to the beach and to Little Fish coffee. We hope to return!

We have stayed at the Kiahuna Plantation many times and this unit has been the best so far. The unit was updated and comfortable. The A/C units were a plus. Easy parking. Would stay there again.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay…. Especially all the beach toys! We ended up locking our self’s out one night and the owner was very helpful getting us back in even though it was 4am her time.

Beautiful property

Wonderfully updated condo in a fantastic location. We really enjoyed our time here and the property was so well taken care of. We appreciated the extra items to use at the beach. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this specific condo again.

Beautiful condo and perfect Poipu location

We had the most wonderful stay at Laura's home at Kiahuna Plantation. Laura is extremely responsive and helpful. Her home is comfortable and beautifully decorated. We would stay again anytime we visit Kauai!

Beautiful and Tranquil

Our favorite part of our vacation was being able to spend time with our friends and family at this condo! It is so beautiful and close to restaurants, shops, the best beaches, etc. We woke up in the morning to the sounds of the ocean which totally made our vacation. We will definitely try to return here when we come next time!

Seemed a little hard to find keys upon arrival, and getting in contact with the person to help us find them was a bit of a hassle, but other than that it was amazing. Thank you!

Family vacation

We rented 3 condos in this resort for a family gathering. This particular condo became the favorite place to hang out because the upstairs living room/dining room area is so comfortable and spacious and it was the only one unit with air conditioning.

Kauai family adventure

We absolutely loved our stay here. The unit "Ocean Blue" is so clean and comfortable. Our family of 5 had plenty of space and the unit had everything we needed in it. We enjoyed touring the island and had many activities planned but on afternoons and evenings when we wanted to recharge at home, we found the unit to be the perfect place to be. Just a short walk to the beautiful beach (we took surf lessons there) and great for cooking family dinners and playing games. The unit is quiet and the breeze was perfect. We loved everything about this home and hope to be back soon!

I grew up in California and have fond memories of playing at the beach with my family. While attending the university, I met and married my wonderful husband. We honeymooned in Maui and Oahu where we experienced the incredible Hawaiian islands for the first time. We graduated from college and he whisked me off to his home in Wyoming. We have lived there for 21 years now. It is a great place to raise our 5 children. Now we have 3 grandchildren who live there as well! (My husband and I are pictured with our oldest granddaughter on Poipu Beach.) We have horses and enjoy taking them into the Rocky Mountains for week long "high adventures" in the summer time. In the winter we like to ski/snowboard as a family.
You can guess that raising 5 children comes with great blessings, but also expense. We always wanted to return to the Hawaiian islands, but it wasn't until our 25th anniversary that we returned. We wanted to share this beautiful place with our children so we took them all with us. They too fell in love with the incredible beaches with crystal clear water and the beautiful trees that produce flowers. That trip was over an Easter Sunday so we met as a family on the beach for our own "sunrise service" on the sand and expressed our love for each other. It was a special bonding time and a memory to be treasured.
On our first trip to Kauai, we knew we had found our "place in the world". Kauai was clean with lots of open land which is what we liked about Wyoming. It did not have the high rises and bustle of the other Hawaiian islands. When we visited the sunny south shore and the tropical open spaces of the Kiahuna Resort, we knew we had found our new home. We came for a two week stay and then turned around and went back again the next month! When the opportunity came to purchase a condo at Kiahuna, we took it! We have renovated and redecorating it with all of the things that we love. It is our beach home for half of the year.
