Paradise. This spacious beach home has a 2 LEVEL OPEN FLOOR PLAN with 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and A/C. We are building #37, Unit 243.

BEACH: The Travel Channel named our Poipu Beach “America’s Best Beach” and we can see why. This beach is pristine with soft, clean sand. The protected sandy beach cove is a 2-3 minute walk through our resort's grass!

SNORKEL: We provide snorkel gear. Walk slightly east around the beach and you are in the perfect place for snorkeling. So many fish! The protected sandy beach cove is a 2-3 minute walk away!

BEACH EQUIPMENT: surf board, 4 beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc.

KIAHUNA GOLF COURSE is located across the street from the resort.

The interior has ocean inspired artwork from exclusive galleries on Kauai. The acacia tree wood dining table adds modern elegance. It seats up to 6 people with the added mango wood bench.

This is our personal home for part of the year and we have given it that extra touch of comfort and elegance.

Linens, bedding, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are new mattresses in every bedroom. Beach chairs and beach towels are complimentary to our guests - just present towel cards at the Beach Hut - no need to pack them.

CLEANING FEE ($341 +tax) for stay for less than 10 days will be collected upon check-in.

Free High-speed Internet and 3 flat screen TV's to give you the comfort and services that you expect in a resort. Wi-Fi service in our condo is included at no cost. Although we do not have a wash/dryer inside our condo, there is an onsite laundry (it takes credit cards) for the guests.

Restaurants are across the street in the Poipu Shopping Village. Keoki’s Paradise is a favorite eating establishment of ours with live music.

Travel a couple of blocks down the road and you will find The Shops at Kukuiula. This is an enchanting place with live music at night, gourmet restaurants, Lappert's homemade ice cream/specialty coffees/pastries, a Long's Drugs, art galleries, high-end shopping, and twinkle lights on the palm trees. On Wednesday afternoons you can shop at the Kauai Farmer's Market.
