House Rules

* No smoking inside the property. A fine of $250 applies for smoking
indoors, although smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas.
* No pets are allowed on the premises.
* Parties are not permitted.
* Pool heating requires a 48-hour advance request and costs $35 per
day for a minimum of two consecutive days. The pool temperature
will not exceed 95°F. Note that the spa is not a jacuzzi and shares
the pool's temperature.
* Pool heaters operate through heat exchange and may not work during
cold weather; no refunds if the desired temperature is not reached
under such conditions.
* Guests need to maintain cleanliness by placing trash in the resort
dumpster daily.
* Wash towels are considered disposable, so guests are advised to
bring their own.
* Toiletries and some complimentary supplies are provided initially;
guests should purchase additional personal items.
* Charges may apply if repairs or extra cleaning are necessary due to
non-compliance with property rules.
