This amazing 6 bedroom 3 1/2 bath Disney-themed villa has everything your family could hope for on the vacation of your dreams! Kids of all ages will be entertained for hours in the fully air conditioned Harry Potter themed game room with a proper slate pool table, ping pong and air hockey, along with a 75" big screen smart TV! The luxurious primary suite alone is larger than most Disney hotel rooms, and this bathroom you don't have to share! With 6 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms and bedding to accommodate 12 people, everyone will have a place to call their own. Your family will love the layout with the downstairs King primary suite, a smaller Queen room with an en suite bath, and twin Castle room fit for royalty all on the first floor. Upstairs brings three more bedrooms including two rooms themed to Mickey Mouse and Winnie the Pooh, each with two twin beds, as well as the spacious queen Star Wars room which includes an additional pullout sofa. All bedrooms have TVs with the ultimate cable/movie channel packages and smart TV capabilities and free wifi are included throughout the villa.

The open floor plan includes a comfortable living room overlooking the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as the outdoor patio and screened lanai. We recently installed new, stainless steel kitchen appliances as well as granite counter tops and new vessel sinks throughout the kitchen and baths.

The large heated private pool and spa sit on an extended s/w facing pool deck which has sun all day. Did I mention the pool has a beautiful custom water fall and dolphin mosaics!?! Most importantly, our villa backs onto the conservation area for ultimate privacy. Take in the sun on our poolside loungers or sit at the table and chairs under the ceiling fan on the covered patio to enjoy a meal from the BBQ grill. This villa has everything you need for a dream vacation!

Ideally situated in Windsor Palms, a secure, gated vacation resort with the ultimate resort facilities. Our renters have full access to the beautiful clubhouse amenities, just a 3 minute walk to enjoy their jr Olympic-sized resort pool (with Tiki bar!), fully equipped gym, free movie theater, arcade, tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts. For the little ones, check out the playground and new splash pad! Our home is also stocked with essentials to make family travel easier, including a high chair, pack 'n play, separate portable-sized crib, and umbrella stroller free to use throughout your stay. We also include a generous starter set of supplies including a enough detergent to run a couple loads of laundry and dishes, mini shampoo and soap bars, a couple trash bags, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, etc., to make your arrival easier.

The crowds of Walt Disney World are just 3 miles away, whilst Universal Studios, Sea World and International Drive attractions are all within 20 minutes.
