Welcome to La Chula, a Boutique Stylish Home designed for those seeking space, style, and comfort in one of the most iconic neighborhoods of Mexico City.



It features six bedrooms, a private garage, fast WiFi ideal for digital nomads, and a beautiful roof lounge bar perfect for unwinding at the end of the day.



IMPORTANT: Two of the bedrooms are located on the third floor and are accessed via a narrow spiral staircase.If you need help with your luggage, we can coordinate assistance in advance :)



The Space:

We offer a spacious, modern, and well-laid-out home, ideal for families and large groups. The house features a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, garage, and six bedrooms designed to provide privacy and comfort for all guests. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor with a full bathroom.



The roof lounge bar is our guests’ favorite spot — a cozy and private corner to relax, unwind, or enjoy a drink at the end of the day. The house also has high-speed WiFi, perfect for remote workers or anyone who needs to stay connected during their stay.



The house is located in a beautiful street, close to everything: libraries, subway & metrobus station, parks & cafés. A couple of blocks from the best nightlife spots and the best restaurants in the City.



You will find metro and metrobus stations and ecobici (bike sharing) stations a few blocks away from the house.

1.⁠ ⁠Select the correct number of guests, as the price varies.

2.⁠ ⁠Send IDs for all guests, including minors and the person who booked.

3.⁠ ⁠When booking, please confirm that you have read and accepted our rules and cancellation policy.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy all areas of the house, since it is designed exclusively for their comfort and enjoyment.



Each of the rooms will be available to guests so that they feel at home. Whether to rest peacefully or to prepare for the day's activities, you can enjoy private and comfortable spaces.



Other Things to Note:

**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



TOWELS: We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have washing and drying machines, or are located near a laundry service.



Please note that any towels that get permanently stained or damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you will find special towels labeled “makeup” that you can use freely for makeup removal or other products that might stain.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.



Interaction with Guests:

Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy and art! We will give you recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most visited neighborhoods in the city.



In addition, we will be available for anything our guests need :). Our schedules available online from 9am to 10pm.
