Our host, Eileen, was a pleasure to work with. She is very quick with communication. The cottage itself was very clean and ideally situated within the various wineries and farms that we visited. It was perfect for our party of four adults.

What a cute and cozy cottage! Very clean and comfortable.The location is private with a view of the pond. The fireplace was easy to use and so cozy! It has everything you need and close to vineyards, Greenport and Orient Beach State Park. Communication with Eileen was easy and prompt. We will definitely be back!

Cottage had everything that was needed. Fireplace was the best and cottage was very comfortable. The view was amazing, very private and peaceful. Would highly recommend. Eileen was very easy to work with and available if needed. Thank you again for a wonderful stay Eileen.

Cozy little cottage

Wedding Weekend Stay

Our family stayed at this quaint cottage in the North Fork. The cottage has a nice kitchen, gas fireplace, and well appointed bedrooms. I would love to visit in summer, it must be wonderful!

Great little cottage for our family of 4 with 2 young kids. Very quiet and secluded but a short drive to so many things to do for all ages. Eileen was very friendly and responsive and was a very comfortable stay. We'll be back in the future.

We loved this quaint lake house that was within easy walking distance to the beach. The house had everything we needed, and the bed was very considerable. We would definitely stay here again on a visit to the North Fork and Southold.

A Beautiful Spot

We had a weekend wedding at one of the wineries and this cottage was perfect! The host was beyond helpful, the place was very clean and well-appointed, and the location was outstanding. I would highly recommend this lovely cottage.

Lovely cottage with access to a beautiful large pond and use of kayak, paddleboard, acanoe. Host very responsive.

Long Island travel

We enjoyed a lovely week at this perfectly situated cottage. So very close to wine tours and fabulous beaches! Eileen is a great host and the cottage had absolutely everything we needed and more. I must also say the beds were more comfortable than our recent hotel stay so that's a plus as well! Great trip.

Such a great weekend!

we had such a fun weekend out in southold! Cottage was perfect for us for a cold rainy weekend. Everything was so close to the house. Will definitely be back in the summer!

Soundview in September

We had a really nice stay at Eileen's cottage, it was just as described in the profile, and so easy to get to other places in the North Fork. We got out on the kayaks, walked and ran from the cottage down to nearby beaches, and took in some great sunsets. We'll plan to stay again!

Little cottage on the pond

Had a fantastic time, near to all. Great restaurants, did wine tasting. About the cottage, what can I say…clean,cozy, everything you need. Used the fire place on a chilly evening ,sipping wine we picked up. A great little place.. owner was a pleasure to work with.

Amazing

In all honesty the pictures on the listing does not make any justice to the actual Cabin, it is much more open , bright , big and really cosy.. Best stay ever. Thank you very much

Perfect Location

Great location for any winery tour you may be in. Felt like we were in the middle of the woods. Pond, deer, geese were all things we saw while walking around the property. We will be back

Southold Cottage

It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The gas fireplace was welcoming on a cool November evening. Location was great, 20 minutes to many of the wineries, restaurants and the beach. Canoe and kayaks were great on the small pond. It was delightful.

Tranquil house on a pond

My husband and I had a wonderful few days at Eileen's cottage. Just enough room for the two of us, in such a peaceful setting. The boats were great fun for early morning or late afternoon activity. We were able to enjoy the pond and Kenneys Road Beach which is just around the corner. Cottage was very comfortable, especially the beds, and had everything we needed. Great time, can't wait to return!
