Welcome to our 2-bedroom luxury house, your perfect escape to Eugene. Inside, guests will find velvety, comfy, cozy seating in all rooms, large expansive windows to watch nature, and an open floor plan which connects the common rooms for connective conversations and flow. Our backyard spa patio offers a four person massage jet hot tub, in the lovely setting of our Edison wrapped string lit private yard.

This sweet home rests in a peaceful neighborhood perfect for long strolls, deer watching, bird watching and outdoor relaxation, all under the shade of two old oak trees. It is a wonderful setting for both those who love indoor or outdoor home experiences.

The living room, with nature view window, hosts guests with our cozy, soft four-person couch and full chaise lounge chair. Those who have the skill may play our upright piano, chill and chat with the cook at our two seater bar table, and watch movies on our 52" big screen with streaming options. The attached dining room seats five guests in velvety chairs at our Danish style dining table.


We'd love for you and your travel companions to feel like you're at home during your stay, so our full size, cook-friendly kitchen is stocked with every thing you need for excellent home cookin'...oisls, spices, vineagar, multiple serving flatware, cocktail/mocktail glasses in abundance, and cook ware for any meal. Guests are provided a coffee maker, nespresso, french press and pour over options, along with a dozen teas and boiler kettle. All cook wear is Green Leaf, a company who crafts ceramic based, paraben free and healthy cooking staples.

Dream Rest!! Choosing between the two lovely bedrooms will be tough! We provide two king size bed private bedrooms, each with an electric fireplace and a comfy fire side chair for reading and resting. All of our bedding is organic, hypoallergenic, and has layer upon layer of soft, welcoming linens atop new mattresses, hand chosen for comfort and health. The bedroom closets provide dressers, hangers, and luggage racks to make your stay easy and long-term if you choose.

The lovely bathroom features a soaking bathtub with tub shelf for long soaks, and shower amenities. All shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soaps are vegan, cruelty free. We provide oversized lush towels, robes, hair dryer, curling iron, hair straightener, make up mirrors, plush wash clothes for easy makeup removal and many accommodations to suit your travel needs.

Our large Edison string light ringed backyard is a retreat in itself, with four person hot tub spa, a dining table under our magnolia, an oak shaded fire table for 6, and two sitting zones, and lawn space large enough for corn hole and ball games.

In addition, we have a bonus room! This is a fabulous indoor/outdoor lounge with two double seater egg chair swings is perfect relaxing after your hot tub soaks, serving as a lounge for all. There is a double shoot-off basketball game, dart board, and a game table stocked with entertainment.

We have three off street parking spaces and additional neighborhood parking around the house. Our neighbors are friendly and welcoming as well.
