Location, Location, Location! Because we are on the East side of Disney, the traffic is much less and the drive is only 15-20 minutes from the
parking lot of all the Disney Parks and 25 minutes to Universal. If you need or want to take a break from the park, you can come home and jump in the pool midday or take a little nap if you choose
Another reason we purchased in Storey Lake Resort are the wonderful amenities free for our guests to use. A short 5 minute walk to the Bronson Clubhouse with complimentary access to the resort pool, lazy river, pirate ship, kiddie splash pad, fitness center, game room, ice cream shop, a restaurant and bar.
…And a 2nd facility, The Hideaway Club which as everything that the Bronson Club offers plus a mini golf course, water slides and a kayak/canoe launch. The Hideaway is about a mile from the house, but Storey Lake offers a free shuttle service! We also have access to a fourth community pool, a short grass sports court for hockey or soccer and a sand volleyball pit on property…all free for our guests to use!
Also, we were looking for a house that could accommodate a large group comfortably with a wonderful picturesque setting. The amenities in Storey Lake were just a bonus, but definitely add to the appeal. Bottom line: Peace of Paradise checked all the boxes and more!

Whether you’re gathered around the interactive stage, enjoying a movie in the state-of-the-art theater, visiting in the spacious great room, or sharing meals on the oversized covered lanai, there’s room for everyone to be together.
Our goal wasn’t to fill the home with over-the-top character décor, but to create a peaceful, sophisticated retreat with just the right touch of magic. You’ll find subtle nods to Frozen, Avatar, and Cinderella that delight both children and adults without overwhelming the space.
We also focused on the details you don’t see. We actually lived in the home while designing it, making improvements based on real-life experience. One example? We upgraded the builder’s standard hot water system so larger groups can enjoy hot showers without running out of hot water.
The peaceful lake behind the home adds to the relaxing atmosphere, where you may spot tropical birds, Everglades-style wildlife, and even the occasional small alligator from a safe distance. In the evening, unwind to the soothing sounds of nature after an exciting day in Orlando.
