No. Pool and spa heat are FREE. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees.
2) Is there a BBQ grill?
Yes. And, it's FREE!
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence blocking the pool. It is new. It was added in August, 2025.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
Kitchen is fully stocked with HexClad pots & pans, Mickey-themed bakewear, Mickey & Stitch waffle makers, Popcorn machine, Rice Cooker (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)
5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip,K-Cup and Nespresso coffee makers are provided. There also is an electric tea kettle.
6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. (This is an industry standard practice.)
8) Is Wifi provided for free?
Complimentary wireless internet is provided.
9) Is smoking allowed in the home or by the pool? Are pets allowed? What about weapons?
Smoking and illegal substance use are NOT allowed in the home or by the pool. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed. Weapons, Firearms, and ammunition are also not allowed in the home or on the lanai.
10) What are the times for check-in and checkout?
Check-in is at 4 PM. Checkout is at 10 AM.
11) Are there limits on the number of cars guests can have?
Windsor Hills Resort limits the number of cars per reservation to 3 cars.
