The chef's kitchen, heart of pine hardwood floors and comfortable & inviting furniture throughout the ground floor will delight you and make you feel right at home. The primary suite with a separate seating area and stunning en suite bathroom will make you wish for your vacation to never end.

Guests enter The Sunny Side by taking the exterior stairs to the front door of this elevated home. Upon entering the home, you'll find the home's light & airy great room with an open floor plan layout between the living room, dining room family room and kitchen areas. There is also a half bathroom and the queen suite on the home's ground floor level. Take the stairs to the second floor and you'll find the home's primary suite, the double bunk suite and the triple twin suite -- all of these bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. There is also a laundry room with full sized washing machine & dryer on the second floor. You can enjoy a morning coffee outside on one of The Sunny Side's three exterior balconies -- one on the ground floor and two on the second floor of the home.

Isle of Palms will be conducting beach replenishment from July through November 2026. We apologize for the inconvenience. This may impact beach access points but the beach will be accessible throughout. Only active construction areas will be roped off.
