Guests can enjoy access to the outdoor pool and lazy river located directly next to the beach, the indoor pool and hot tubs, and the resort gym. There is also an onsite convenience store, pizza/ice cream parlor, beachfront bar, and gaming arcade. Guests are unable to access the waterpark located on the side of the building facing N Ocean Blvd. It is owned and operated by on-site resort management and is not available to guests renting privately.

Things to Note:
- Minimum age for primary renters: 21

- You may hear noises from neighboring units during peak season or construction during the off season. We have provided ear plugs for your convenience (in the guest bathroom vanity).

-No parties or pets allowed.

-Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Guests are required to allow access and may be asked to step out of the unit while the service is performed.
