Experience this hidden gem of greater Austin - a collection of fully furnished bungalows nestled right on the banks of Lake Travis. Each unit, boasting two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, can comfortably accommodate up to six guests, with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy panoramic views of the pristine lake from the comfort of the wrap-around decks. Unwind in our exquisite cave deck swimming pool and hot tub, a true marvel to behold.

Unit #9 is adjacent to the pool and hot tub! All of the units are equipped with central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable, wood-burning fireplaces, and fully-equipped kitchens, complete with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. All linens are included, and guests need only bring their beach towels. Charcoal grills and picnic tables are available under the shade of the magnificent live oaks.

Adjacent to the charming Lakeway Marina, this property is an amazing location for any traveler. The Lakeway area is known for its natural beauty and scenic surroundings, including views of Lake Travis and the rolling hills of the Texas Hill Country. It is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, offering a range of activities such as boating, fishing, hiking, and golfing. The city is home to multiple golf courses, including The Hills of Lakeway, Live Oak Golf Course, and Yaupon Golf Course. In addition, there are several parks in the area, such as Lakeway City Park, which features a swimming pool, tennis courts, and a playground. There are also a variety of restaurants and shops in the Lakeway area, with options ranging from casual dining to fine cuisine. Some popular dining options include Café Lago, The League Kitchen & Tavern, The Oasis, and Flores. Additionally, the nearby Hill Country Galleria offers a diverse selection of retail shops, boutiques, and restaurants.

Visit the onsite office for any assistance you may require during your stay. Our Texas friendly staff can help with driving directions, print boarding passes or borrow a book from the lending library.

Each unit has one designated parking spot. We offer limited guest parking on a first come first serve basis. We do encourage our guests to carpool when possible.

It was okay

The view was wonderful and the porch was very nice under the trees. The house was clean and well appointed. We had all of the cookware we needed. A little updating to the bedding would help a lot. The reason I am giving it 3 stars is the pool area. We actually booked this place so our daughter could use the pool. The pool was very, very green - greener than the lake. The bottom of the pool was covered in sand/silt. The area around the pool was littered with bottles left under chairs and on tables. People were also bringing glass into the pool area. If you are booking for the pool/hot tub, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Otherwise, the house and porch were great!

Not Boat/Truck Friendly

We live in Oklahoma City and come to Lake Travis About 6 times a summer. We like to try new places to stay, and were excited to try this rental. Unfortunately, our entire experience was very disappointing. Before booking the rental, we called and emailed the manager to ensure there would be somewhere to park our truck and trailer. We were initially told by her that we could park it at the marina. We called the marina and were told there was no parking. When I notified her that we were not permitted to park at the marina, she told us we could park our trailer behind their office. She did not tell us that their office was about 15 minutes away from the marina and condo. Our designated parking spot was also too small for our truck. We ended up having to pay $40/day to park our truck and trailer at the parking garage. If you bring a boat, you'll have to pay $30/day for a slip at the marina. As far as the actual condo goes, we were also extremely disappointed. Our condo was right above the hot tub and pool, which is under construction so we had to deal with the noise from that. There were extension cords running across the entrance to our condo, the entrance light didn't work, our fire alarm would go off randomly during the day and night. The condo is extremely old and outdated, and was not extremely clean. There are a lot of great rentals in Lake Travis and this is definitely not one of them. I felt like all the information we were given was misleading just to get us to book.

We are so sorry this guest did not have a satisfactory experience. Six days prior to the guest confirming the reservation more than a dozen emails were exchanged detailing where the trailer parking is, how long it takes to get there, who to contact to rent a slip at the marina, and specifying that the pool was not open. The lesson we learned here is that we need to spend less effort on emailing and just pick up the phone and have a conversation with our guests. This could have prevented any misunderstandings. Regarding the cords, lights and fire alarm, we were not given the opportunity to address these issues as we were not made aware of the during their stay. We provide 24 hour/7 day service.
