The master bedroom is en suite (connected to a full bathroom), has a king-size bed, walk-in closet and wardrobe, air conditioning and a ceiling fan, and a balcony that overlooks the back of the garden. The guest bedroom has 2 single beds, lots of closet and wardrobe space, and has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The guest full bathroom is directly adjacent to the guest bedroom. The living & dining rooms have plenty of space & allow a lot of natural (sun)light with a large (and small) balcony which has comfortable and durable outdoor furniture to conveniently relax while overlooking the outdoor shared swimming pool which can be used all year round. This condo is equipped with all new furniture and appliances which includes a flat-screen T.V, stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, juicer, and an electric teapot. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.

This gated community also has free assigned parking and 24 hours on-site security, free WiFi. ***Please note that Electricity is NOT INCLUDED in the rental rates for ANY length of stay! and is required to be paid in cash to the Property Manager at the time of CHECK OUT.

Blue Garden Condo is located in the region of El Batey in Sosua, just minutes from the center of town where there are many eateries/ restaurants, clubs, cafes and shops, as well as several local beaches. Gregorio Luperón International Airport is approximately 15 mins (9.4km/5.8 miles) away from the condo.

*IMPORTANT REMINDER: Please note that the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 4 PEOPLE (which includes Adults and Children). ANY Guest(s) of the Renter/s are expected to follow the SAME RULES as the Renter/s.*

*Short-term (MINIMUM of FIVE CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS) and long-term rentals (up to 90 days) are available, with additional discounts for a MINIMUM of 28 days or more consecutive days) rentals.*
