Welcome to The Vantage, a bright, family-friendly mountain condo steps from the Village Gondola & Toby Chairlift. Designed for groups who want space to spread out and relax, this 3-level retreat blends rustic charm with fresh, modern updates, giving you the perfect home base for ski days, summer adventures, and everything in between. Clip in and glide straight to the Toby Chairlift from the complex, or take a short stroll to the Village Gondola for quick access to dining, shops, lifts, & après.

Access to the Resort`s year-round hot pools, seasonal outdoor cool pool, outdoor tennis/pickleball courts, and a fitness centre/gym are included in your stay. Other amenities (such as ski passes) require additional admission fees.


LIVING ROOM #1 (Main Floor)
- 55` Smart TV with Shaw Direct cable

- Cozy seating to wind down after a day filled with activities
- Decorative fireplace for that cabin ambiance (3-hour glow logs only please!)

BEDROOMS
Each bedroom is designed for comfort. Every detail - from comfy room darkening shades to high-quality linens - has been curated to ensure our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.

Bedroom #1 (Upstairs; 3rd Floor): King bed, dresser, remote-controlled blinds and blackout curtains

Bedroom #2 (Upstairs; 2nd Floor): Two (x2) twin-over-twin bunk beds, closet, roller blinds and blackout curtains

Living room (Upstairs; 2nd Floor): Double-sized pull-out sleeper sofa (all bedding provided.)


BATHROOMS
Each bathroom with essentials (shampoo/conditioner/body wash & a hair dryer) to help lighten the load for you when packing.

Bathroom #1 (Upstairs): Full bathroom with a shower/tub combo

Bathroom #1.5 (Main Floor): Half bathroom with a washer/dryer combo unit


GOURMET KITCHEN
The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm (should you so desire!)

- Coffee maker (Drip)

You will have access to the first-come-first-served underground parkade (right next to the unit!), as well as street parking, for your vehicle(s.)

Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.


CHECK-IN/OUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.


The Horsethief area sits in one of Panorama’s most loved pockets — a tucked-in, easygoing part of the resort where everything you need is just a short walk or glide away. This is the part of the mountain where families gather, friends reconnect, and the pace naturally slows the moment you arrive.

When staying here, you’re steps from the Village Gondola, giving you instant access to cafés, dining, rentals, and the lively resort core. In winter, the Toby Chairlift is practically at your back door, making ski-in/ski-out days effortless — no shuttles, no long walks, just clip in and go. It’s an especially great area for beginners, kids, and anyone who loves easy access to mellow terrain.

In the warmer months, Horsethief transforms into a fun, sun-soaked basecamp for hiking, biking, pool days, and exploring the valley. Greenspaces weave between the buildings, and the mountain views follow you everywhere you wander.

Quiet, convenient, and intensely family-friendly, this part of Panorama gives you that rare combination of resort energy and peaceful retreat — the best of both worlds, right outside your door.


**STAIRS: Please note that this is a multi-level condo, with stairs required to access all living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms; therefore, this may not be the right fit for those with mobility issues.**

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 8 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.
