This unique property, available for long-term rentals, is located in the heart of Barcelona's old city, just 50 meters from the Palau de la Música Catalana, 200 meters from Plaça Catalunya, and 300 meters from the Cathedral. Its privileged location allows walking access to the main attractions. The area is well connected and offers all necessary services.
The apartment is located in an old building that has not been renovated. It offers 160āÆm² of living space with 3.5-meter-high ceilings. It features a large open-plan main space of 85āÆm², a spacious entrance hall, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a study room.
Please note that the main floor is located in an old building which is equivalent to a second floor and no lift.
The kitchen is centered around a large work island. The cabinetry along the side wall integrates the fridge and freezer, and there is an industrial extractor hood. At the rear of the kitchen, there is a pantry and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a wide range of small appliances.
All exterior woodwork features triple-glazed thermo-acoustic windows.
The master bedroom includes a double bed; the second bedroom offers two single beds that can be adapted as needed. There are two slate-tiled bathroomsāone with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
The furnishings throughout the home are from well-known design brands. The floors preserve the original hydraulic tiles, while the bathrooms are finished in slate. The ceilings feature exposed wooden beams, except in the master bedroom where the original hand-painted designs have been preserved.

We love travelling, arquitecture, cooking, music, art and practising sports, like swimimg, tennis and skiing. This unique apartment is our house in Barcelona and we are delighted to rent it to other families that would like to live in Barcelona for at least a month.

As many of our guests have said this apartment feels like home. It is unique because of the size and the high ceilings. It has all the enchand of Barcelona style with restored old wooden ceilnig and hydraulic tiles.
